- I’ve come to the conclusion that I will probably not submit to PSA again after the completely arbitrary grades some of these cards got compared to what others got. There seems to be ZERO consistency at PSA. Judge for yourself.

I hate to say it but look at your cards better. The Will Clark has a huge crease through it. I can see it on the front and back. I'm surprised you did as good as you did on a bunch of your grades. Use a good light and really look at the surface and corners better. Good luck moving forward! Lots of your cards have creases
Card has an obvious crease. PSA got it right
I too could see the crease when the light hit it at the right angle, just have to look cards over really closely prior to submitting.
You could crack that and send to ICG, and it might get another 3
big crease on the top right portion of the 87 topps Will Clark (its actually on the back) and the Minsize means it was cut small or large by the Manufacturer

I had the same problem on my last submission to PSA. I wasn't expecting high grades but they were tough on some of my cards.
They are tough on vintage stuff. There must be a crease in the 87 Will Clark?
Not the best grades but nice selection of cards. Don’t get discouraged with PSA, when I submit cards I am super critical before selecting what I send. I do agree that some of your grades seem a little low based on what you have shown but it is what it is with grades. Thanks for sharing.
Been watching so many reveal videos lately. It is clear to me that PSA is now grading cards strictly with perceived value in mind. They are no longer looking at the actual card specs and thnking about hobby market dynamics and "pop counts" instead.
I agree all they care about is POP report SGC Will get my business from now on
@@JC-pu7gi I'm just avoiding grading all together. Collector, not a reseller, so I don't really need the cards graded. Still look for nice examples and buy an occasional PSA card, but it's totally unecessary to my collecting experience overall
I have an unopened return PSA boxes of 125 cards that I received January 2020 and I have a BGS unopened return box that I got December 2019! I have to open them.I could do PSA in 3 videos
You should send your submissions to SGC and I am a grader for them and I have graded 19,000 cards so far
86F Reggie White had corner touches on the bottom too. That's not the design. The Sakic 8 had some kind of staining or discoloration on the back. Thanks for sharing.
That was a bloodbath- sorry to see that- I also had a couple 80s stuff and I was a little shocked at a couple - a transparent report would be nice coming from these companies for sure.

If there is one thing I’ve learned not to do over my years of send cards for grading is to NEVER send multiples like those Sakic’s in the same order. Never will they shower you with a bunch of high grades. Best bet is to send them in multiple different orders so a different set of eyes can grade the cards each time.

Usually each order will have 1 person grading your whole submission. I receive 250 cards twice a month I roughly have 12 days to grade and send them back. So far I have graded 19,000 cards oldest cards are 1888

In general, if the cards you submitted had sentimental value and the graded didn't matter, then you get what you get. However, if you're doing this to resell, you have to take the minimum 4-step approach and screen the cards better using lighting that will reflect the surface. Just like Beckett uses, centering, corners, edges and surface. Your centering standards need to be better as well. Yes, there are 9 and 10s that dont have the great centering but those are the exception, not the rule. The 80's was the beginning of the junk era. So there isn't anything vintage about it. Anything from the 70's, you want to only send Mint cards with the hope they at least grade NM/MT to break even except for the most sought after stars. In all, you gotta filter better.

NO he did NOT...!!!!! Most of those cards were higher than the given grade..!!! Yeah... some may have had issues,..But most were ok.!! This guy is just here for fun and entertainment and just asking random questions... He is NOT here to start trouble or looking for some moron to insult him. It's all in fun brother. BTW... I am happy you can go around and feel good about insulting others online but it WILL catch up to you at some point.!!! Trust Me.
....and for the record...PSA SUCKS...!!!!!!! I have seen it as well. As did many others. They still rule the game so it is what it is... but I am stating an opinion... that is all.

Dude that Wil Clark has the biggest crease you can get in a card down the left, that kind of condition must be noticed when choosing your cards to send off, it doesnt matter who you send that card to if you crack it. Dont get mad at PSA, instead get better at recognizing card conditions

Honestly ..when I watch these PSA grading vids I actually get angry now. Hahaha I see that MOST cards that are getting very low grades should be getting higher grades...!!! I think some of it is intentional so they can make even more money on people who resend the card hoping for a better grade.!!!
....I have a friend who got a 5 on a Yzerman rookie. He resent it back and then got a f%cking 9..!!!! Now that tells me that PSA does NOT follow any strict guideline. It seems to be that it depends on some idiots mood on any given day or a personal choice on how they think about a certain player. I can not make sense of it at all...!!! But,... That is why I will NEVER send a card to them now..!!! They Suck..!!!

Watching this video it could've been me talking Word for Word. PSA has been absolutely HORRIBLE disgustingly inaccurate with their grades. I loop every card with a high-powered jewelers loop, and yet where I used to get everything 9s and 10s, now I'm getting everything 7s and a few 8s, even some 5 & 6!! WTF #PSA get your sh*t together. @psacard_official
grades def feel arbitrary in some instances...Would be a game changer if they listed the defects that contributed to the grade. Thanks for watching!
