Amazing work! BTW, you could use a wire brush to clean your metal first before welding.. That way it's not as hard to strike for tacking, looks cleaner and is stronger bonding :)

I'm impressed that he's doing 80km/h with 900W where some other videos show the same speed with 6kW. Shows that you don't need all the power.

shows that its fake if its too good to be true it probably isn't. i will only believe him if he compares it with bike speedo meter where biker is riding the bike along with him and also shows his spedo meter

🔸🔸NEED TO CHANGE 🔸🔸
1) ESC position
2) use chain tensioner between motor to middle shaft
3) use more broad tyres
4) use slight gear reduction which helps in initial pickup
5) use broad chains
Yes, and to not kill yourself, there needs to be a screw holding the ends of the slit in where the wheel and rear rings are held... because an unclosed slit could just bend and the gap widen. Then you loose a wheel at 80 km/h... not good.

a couple of suggestions if you don’t mind my saying, first change the brake levers for all metal ones asap
l had those plastic ones on my bike and they broke causing me to have an accident.
also, if you use a bmx top loading stem you can fit motorcycle handle bars
on my bike l fitted braced motocross bars

Also,
1. you might want to install a tensioner between the motor and the mid-hub. That wobble looked veeeeeery bad. Best case, the chain just snaps, worst case it jams up and you go for a superman ride.
2. The controller is in a bad position.
Low ride height for that speed is bad. Please just change the position. Maybe at the back? I'm sure you can think of that.
3. Breaking bro. I know the motor slows itself, but it's better to have better breaking than just those thin discs. I mean, for 80 Kmph thise would be terrible. I did not see if those breaks you had came installed with a battery cut-off.

Your Idea is great. I give you 10 out of 10. Excellently. But in practical use it is quite risky. Listen to me carefully. Bike frames are made of stainless steel but you made your with iron and Bikes are tested in R&D laboratory. With time your ebike will rust which will cause you metal fatique in joints.and with rusted frame it will break. Trust me I am also a survivor of ebike frame crash at 25km/hr since my brakes failed and in impact my rusted frame broke. Luckly I survived with minor injury. Second is high speed impact at 80km if deadly fatal and chances of survival is zero. Third is disk brake used is for bicycle not of bike. At high speed braking chances of failure is most probably high. In such senario rider will not survive.
For experiment, testing you are right. But i recommend you to add speed limit at 35km/h for safety reasons. Indian roads have very high trafic. And some riders dont obey rule. Accidents happens not always for your fault. It can cause due to other drivers also. Overall excellent idea.

Non hub bldc 900 watt= 80 kph, it's fast enough.
Usually bldc motor 1000w ( hub ) is only max 60 kph in the ebike market
Is not 900w, do the math. He is using a 48v 50A controller. 48x50= 2400w and he have a big battery that can deliver the 50 amps to the controller.

Yes, you need to change chain and rim as well broad tyre.
Use alloy rim. Spike rim not suitable. Yes, it will reduce your speed and average.but it will be safe. Althou good job and great effort and skill. Like it.
