Looks great man! Of course I saw it beforehand, but much better to see it in the video. 😎👍
SerpaDesign you are here too!? Love you channel, nice tips, tricks and how to's. thanks!
It’s great you guys help each other out exchanging plants and stuff
I love this!! It's just like a water garden! I really like the houseplants too, it's so varied and unlike anything else.
so excited to see how the mangroves grow up! Mangroves are such cool plants, and I've never seen them in a home aquarium, only in large public zoo/aquarium displays.
WOW!! We need more videos like this too. This is amazing. You’re very talented.
Very cool! Can't wait to see updates on plant growth, especially the mangroves.
Looks amazing, great job. Let it grow, let it grow.
That looks fantastic. Gives me ideas that I hope I could figure out for my track to give my betta a happy place.
Beautiful!
Awesome tank. Defiantly my favorite out of them now!
I have a dream to create someday a paludario for mudskippers, a big one. These videos are enjoyable! 😍
Amazing!
Stunning!
Beautiful! Nice work!
Very kool set up.. makes me want to try it..
Setup looks great! Mangroves provide a natural filter for rainwater runoff and silt and protects the reefs from getting suffocated by silt. In many places the mangroves have been taken out by large corporate conglomerates to create land for farming etc. which has a direct impact on the reefs and oceans in the areas that this practice is done. There are now places, such as small areas in Indonesia and the Philippines where the locals have reintroduced the mangroves and the reefs have started to come back. Mangroves are an essential part of the overall ecosystem of our wetlands and the life that relies on this aspect of nature.
Beautiful.
I like what you did 👍
Your structural design just inspired me about doing something else
Mangroves are awesome! Currently have some, want to get some black and white mangroves in the future.
Dude love the setup
The paludarium looks fantastic. Very good video with lots of great ideas.
Pretty Awesome!!!
Red mangroves also successfully grow in pure freshwater, I have two in my 80-gallon aquarium for a year. They won't grow like that in the wild only because other plants are utilizing that enviroment.
Neat idea with the fabric on the wood
Well made, i wonder how much the plant will hide the eggcrate and other stuff overtime!
So gorgeous. way to go with the impressive planting. if ever there were a time for a timelapse, all the plant growth would look amazing. even just a picture a day timelapse!
Bro, that thing is amazing love aquascapes and other things
Looks great. I need to do one of these. I had one in college with a plastic river insert and an internal filter. It's how I got into keeping planted tanks back in 2005. Sadly, the river/waterfall insert has been discontinued. Fortunately, my LFS has one, I just need to convince them to let me buy it.
A structural engineering masterpiece. Flora fauna water rocks wood.... Super.... U talent is excellent
Really nice!
Thanks great video greetings from Holland Jan
Exciting to see how this works out
Nice video bro thanks
Lovely set up 🙌❤️
Great looking tank! Really inspiring!
I want to do something like this with my newest 165 litre tall (43 gallon?) but I aim for more of a rim or semi lid of plants/moss. I think I'll make a plastic frame of sorts and attatch moss and some plants, probably anubias and maybe some javaferns. I heard they can do pretty well out of water too.
Cool
Im digging the staghorm fern on your wall
Nice setp
Mini palm tree plant is Biophytum sensitivium. I've got one, I really like that the leaves fold in if you trigger the hairs.
nice video, explanation and that all is listed
beautiful
I think the begonias might die, they don't like their roots to stay wet.
Saw this guy at reefapalooza! Cool.guy. Bought some plants from him for my nano!
Nice! your a little overcrowded thought
keep us updated on this one!!!
That's so cool! You should do a mudskippers paludarium!
Mr.Zhypo sup! Yeah I was searching too!
Mr.Zhypo actually its s high chance I comment a lot 😂
very nice
Lots of outside light in that room.
What’s your tank photoperiod set to for the lights ? And do you always keep the blinds/curtains off ?
Of all the tanks I’ve created, the best growth I’ve ever seen on a no-co2 low tech tank I had in a bedroom near a southern window
I rarely used the lights -3-4 hours per day and the plants were amazing
Nothing beats real sun, no matter what anyone can tell you !
Nice paludarium bro
reefer-palooza? can i get an invite?
but seriously the construction of the 'skeleton' was as beautiful as the palu in full. nice work and thanks for sharing.
Love you tanks...you add something different to the norm. Wished you could live video session with me n guide me thru aquascaping my new (second hand) 48 litre bow front tank - 60 cm long x 30 tall x 23 at end and 27 at centre bow. Do you offer this to help others that just “don’t” have the knack? Lisa ...Perth West Australia 💙😁🐟
How did the parlor palm do in that setup?
@H20 Plants how is the Kessil light working out for you so far ? I'm undecided about getting them.
Condensation on the walls and ceiling.
How do you handle it ?
29 gallon low to medium light with good substrate and diy co2 plant suggestions?
ok so the spray paint can be used underwater with live plants and fishes....?? may i have the brand you are using?
The tank on the right in the video, whats planted on the bottom in there? Is that the guppy grass? Just learning plants here :)
I have a red mangrove. I have had it for 8-9 years.
i wish i can make one like that
💪
Would you mind telling me , what is the white mesh like material used here, called.. .?
What substrate did you use for the bottom and top??
any update videos for this tank?
Hi I m trying to find some info but not much luck. Maybe you can help me! I want to add three mangroves I have in my garden pond that has a bottom of pvc soft liner. Do you think the mangrove roots could tear through it?
That's called a Riparium. Which is about 3/4s water.
The "knitting mesh"... im not located in the US and have a really hard time finding any. It baffles me that i struggle so much. I buy alot from ebay, but this eludes me. Any tips?
what's the purple plant in the top middle?
Do you plan on stocking it with any particular fauna?
Ohhh I luv oxalis but it’s a toxic weed in west Australia n not allowed.. (but I have seen it for sale somewhere up north though...shhhhh) how did it go with wet feet..is it a damp plant?
Obviously that spray paint is ok for fish tanks...? And the fish won’t get trapped in side areas behind rocks etc?
hello, i have a question. as i see you are quite experianced at keeping scapes.. i have a problem. i own an aqarium 100 40 50 and at 50 cm depth my pogostemon helerii seem to die. i have helialux 100 led lamp and co2 next to liquid food easylife profito. ferro and fosfo. the leafs are going away and i end up with empty stems. whats going wrong?
In my tank it grows like crazy, I got really soft water though. Otherwise I got the same as you, light, co2 and adding some nutrients.
Probably a dumb question but are the materials used for the structure fish safe?
I see you didn't get a reply yet so I thought I would try. From what I saw, everything was fish friendly. Super glue to hold mosses in place is common. Silicone is fine once it is cured, and be sure to try to get stuff that is not treated with a mold resisting chemical. There are videos all over CZcams about that. The rest of the plastics for the frame work are fine too. The paint I have read is fine, though I have not used it. I use Krylon Fussion with no issue. Paint also should be thoroughly cured before exposing it to water.
Finally, any time I add home made stuff to a tank, I let it sit in water for a day before putting it in the tank, or I do a partial water change every 12 to 24 hours for a couple days just to be sure any chemical residue that may rinse off the decoration gets removed. Following that schedule I have never lost a fish.
Good luck, and remember to be patient and let things like glues, silicone, and paint not only dry, but thoroughly cure!
Awesome sauce. Than you so much. I thought it would be but I second guess a lot. So you put my anxiety to rest.
Looking for propagules seeds???
2:54 me MMMMOOOOOVVVVEEEE. BRROOOOO
What area are you in?
i thought your shirt said scope
Using eheim 2217? Or do you mean 2211?
No Worries, keep on the good work :) bytheway, is rubber paint aquarium safe?
Ok, tell us how it goes :) heard "krylon fusion" is safe plastic paint.
Wow you don't have one paludarium
What’s your inbox ? Ima send you a larger size shirt
real smart put your aquarium infront of a window. if u like algea its a good thing i gess!!
This isn’t the best song in the world, no! This is just a tribute.
Pretty good video, but the various cuts in your speech were pretty noticeable and there were enough to be jarring. I don't mean the ones where you finish a sentence and start another shot with a new sentence, but when there's a cut in the middle of a sentence in between two words... Nice paludarium too :)

Your beard is weird.
Why you wearing sun glasses inside?
Beautiful!
