Our office was just down EP Blvd from Graceland and we saw them moving the Lisa Marie that day. What a strange sight that was. !!
Woah that’s cool!
Another nail to look for! 🔎 🥳
Things like the once used nails are sweet reminders that Graceland is a home❤️
Love that Elvis had the cropped photo of Lisa Marie hanging where he’d see it many times a day.💖
My favorite era of Graceland are the very early days of the Presley’s living there.
Haha add it to the list! ❤️ thanks for watching!
I WAS AT GRACELAND IN 2019 AN HES STILL THERE‼️ U CAN FEEL HIM...FOR ME IT FELT LIKE I WAS INTRUDING ON THEIR HOME AN PRIVATE SPACE....GLADYS CLOTHES HANGING IN HER CLOSET, HER LITTLE BUTTONS IN A DRESSER BOWL...AMAZING🌹👤👑🎙🇺🇲
I loved the video. I'm so excited because next month iam going to go to see Elvis Presley's home. My Sister l's daughter is going with me. I've been a fan of Elvis when I was a child. I got very sick one day and I ended up in a coma I was five in a half years old. Elvis was on when I got sick. My mom told me that Elvis was on and I told mom I didn't feel good so she took my temperature and it was 105. I ended up in the hospital for a very long time. I had to learn how to walk talk and the Dr told dad and mom that I was going to die. But thank God I didn't die. Iam now 61 years old. My dream has finely come true thanks to my Niece she surprised me with a life time of joy when she called me up and told me she wants to take me to see Elvis Presley's home. I cried of joy U see I've told my Dad when he was a live that I would love to see Elvis Presley's home. Dad told me that some day You might be able to get go. My name Is Debra Ann Blessinger. And my niece is Kristie Dawn White. She is such an amazing person In my life. I am counting down the day that we leave to see Elvis Presley's home. Thank God for You for making this video I'm so excited for my trip with Kristie. God Bless You and your family too.
Glad you got to see it! Thank you for tuning in Thelma ❤️
Thank you for watching!

I always look forward to seeing your videos about Graceland you just have a great eye for detail. Thanks Ashley for all your hard work for us to see !!!
Thanks a lot Sean! I’m glad you enjoy them ⚡️
You have a very keen eye for things. I think your the best one to find things. Just like the bicycle. I had been watching they water guy video on his diss of you. After watching that I deleted him. Notice in your description of CZcams famous. That ambulance should've been sold to Graceland. Js. Thanks and love the video. Can't wait to see more. I was at graveland for the first time in 82 or 83. I was like 7 or 8. Will look thru some pics and might try and send them to you. Yes the Lisa Marie was there then also. Along with his bus. When I went back in 2010 it was across the street along with all the other vehicles. They were under the carport.
Thanks for watching!
Love the red decor era. It should have remained the way Elvis left it.
So cool, keep up the good work!
Thanks a lot!
So interesting! I love an in depth sneak around, so much is usually missed 🎶🙌
Love that description! Thanks Doodle
I enjoy these stories about the little details , and stories , thanks for sharing another great video
Thanks Steve!
Those are very pretty trees that line the street along Graceland. Love that photo of Elvis & Lisa Marie in the kitchen! Wonder why it is gone?
I assume so fans would wouldn’t touch it. Thanks for watching!
Very good video Ashley as always interesting, a really good/ honest channel for Elvis stories/ trivia thanks! 🎼
I appreciate your support, Carlos!
Another superb video! Thank you so much for your outstanding work! God bless
Thanks so much!
I love the trees. I wonder why it took 20 years? Thank you love your research and videos.
Thanks for watching!
Awww, Ashley, thanks again for your great detective work.I so loved seeing the little picture of Lisa in the kitchen and it was so touching the nail was kept on the wall for a while.💖
My favorite Graceland era is the 60s when Elvis was happy there with his family.😊
Glad you enjoyed it! 💖
Thanks for the great video!
Thanks Theresa!
Oustanding Ashley-Wow! Loved the nail hole find.
Glad you enjoyed it!
RIP my longtime friend and admiration RIP !
That blue can still be found in Graceland. Come in through the front door, straight down the hall, at the end, there's a closet, if the tour guide will open the door to that closet, look at the inside of the closet door, its still the same colour...!!!
It sure is! Thanks for watching
@@ashleysadventures :... I found that out, and a thousand other things, by watching a series called Gates Of Graceland, with Tom Brown and the wonderful Angie Marchese. Angie takes Tom (and the rest of us! 😁) around the mansion, showing secret things you don't get to see on the tour. Its fascinating Ashley!!! 👍👍👍
Yes it is.
👋🏻 everyone from the International Hotel (now Westgate) in Las Vegas.
@@LindaD68 too many Linda's. Linda Thompson is here.😆
I think the 70s is my favourite era, I kind of get the impression Elvis took over decor in the 70s unlike the precious decades where maybe his mother and eventually Priscilla may have had greater say. Love taking snnek peeks around Graceland , even though I've been there 3 times its hard to take it all in. Thanks, as always great video
Exactly, it’s so much to absorb. Thanks Steve!
I liked the picture of Lisa Marie and Priscilla's birthday party
Thank you Ashley ! I so surprised how sad and empty Elvis's face looks ! It shows like everything he had done that was bigger than lives of Presidents, Kings , Monarchs ,and places in the world that are wonders !?? They took his reason for living and the Sunshine rays were gone ! This isn't drugs nor beautiful women ,, this is a knife in his humble heart ! Elvis Presley's reality came down on him like an avalanche from the past ! Good looks and a million talents cannot satisfy a good person ? But the man who could sing when he hasn't got a thing is a king of the world ! Elvis Aron Presley my music king can feel his pain !🙏♥️😎☹️
Thanks for watching!
Thank you Ashley for understanding what I feel about the picture . I have trusted in your knowledge ever since you began Ashley's Trivia .👍⭐🙏⚡💜
It is always fun to see you "dissect" how Graceland looked in the early years, to a bit later and then just before Elvis passed! I love seeing those "beginning" photo's of Elvis and his parents at Graceland. But what I love even more is your eagle eye Ashley! My favorite was the photo of Lisa Marie hanging high. Wonder why it isn't there today? It should be! I know the red carpet was so "in" back then, but I like when they changed the walls and carpeting to the light colors, looked more elegant and fit Graceland better. Thanks Ashley, this was a really cool video!
Thanks Brenda! That pic is so cute. So glad you enjoyed this one!
What's your favorite Graceland era?
1960's! 😊
1975 keep good work up TCB and thank you
I like the Early 1970’s but I would love to see it in the Red Era post 1974. TCB⚡️
When Cilla was there!
I don't think I have a favorite. But I would have loved to see Graceland in the 1957 era. Great work as always! Thank you so much, Ashley!
⚡❤
Always so interesting! Thank you!
Thanks Cat!
Always love these videos!
So glad you do! These are my favorite to create. Thank you!
Thanks Ashley, this was 👍
Thanks mark!
Such a shame fans would even think of taking anything from Graceland. It makes sense to remove it. Also, maybe someone really did remove it!
Thanks for watching
Thank You
Thanks for watching!
I like the picture of the diningroom back in 1963. Never saw it before. Quite simple compared to the 70s.
Love the Graceland vids. I have tried to find that book. Have all the others.
Thank you so much fir sharing your knowledge and photos with us. You are a gem !!
Thanks so much Kari!
I think the powder blue walls were gorgeous when Elvis and his folks first moved in...
Thanks for watching!
Hi Ashley, sorry about my late respond. My favorite era at Graceland is 1957- 1970. Wish you a amazing Sunday ! ⚡️
Thanks Jan you too!
Hi great detective work .keep up great videos coffee jim
Thanks a lot!
@3:34 in the video, above the red phones, the white box you were asking about previously is missing. Seems to be replaced by a note board of sorts.
Yes it’s no longer there. Thanks for watching!
Good finds !
Thanks for tuning in!
thaks for post well cool😎👍🏻
Thanks for watching!
Hello Ashley. I may have an observation most people don't know about. We visited Graceland earlier this year and for some reason the door to the closet at the far end of the hall (near grandma's bedroom door) was open. The interior side of the door was still painted the powdery blue. Hope you get to see the original blue paint some day!
Hey Thomas, that’s cool you got to see it in person! Gates of Graceland showcased it in their video a few years back: czcams.com/video/ZhnExKsnkeE/video.html
I've seen the picture of Priscilla opening that unique box a hundred times! Lol!!.I'd love to know what's in the box. I did read it one time but I don't remember.
Thanks for watching!
id think elvis himself hammered in that nail. wonder what became of his own tools if he had any
Ooh great point! Where’s the toolbox 🧰
You probably know, but the original blue paint remains inside the door of the coat closet that is across from the stairs and you walk past going to the basement or the access to Gladys's bedroom.
Isn’t that cool? Thanks for watching!
I think the one with The Lisa Marie being towed to Graceland. Thank you for sharing.
Isnt that so crazy. Thanks Gerri!
@@ashleysadventures I would say so, thinking of such monster sized plane being able to be on the same roads as a cars!!!! There was so many things in this post that caught my eye. How high the picture of Lisa Marie's picture was hung up. Not down where you would expect it. You know you make it extremely hard to PICK one specific thing out.
Great job Ashley.
Thank you!
Fun video. Love the old pictures of Graceland. The breezeway to the trophy building, is that directly behind the wall of the music room? Never seen that before. Thanks.
Thanks James! Yes it is
@@ashleysadventures Can you see this breezeway on tour?
Yes from inside the trophy building
My favorite part is the nail near the two knots on kitchen wall. Another example of your keen eye, similar to a previous video. Uncanny sense of detail once again.
Isn't that so cool its still in there? Thank you for watching, my dear!
Тогда получается,что Элвис любил красный цвет.Или они готовились к Рождеству?
Interesting.
Thanks for watching!
Cool video Ashley!!! ! Where did u get that book? Are the pictures all colored?
Thanks AP! From Jon Daly. Most of the pictures are in color. Honestly its not my favorite book
@@ashleysadventures What's your favorite book? I love books and I have been looking to get a Elvis Book. Thanks for letting me know.
Fav Graceland books are the guidebooks and both Inside Gracelands
OMG how do you always manage to find these fascinating things - I've seen these photos many times and never twigged where they were taken. I quite like the blue walls of Graceland but don't like the red carpet from years ago. Wonder why they took the pic of Lisa down - should have been left as it was.
Thanks Helen!
The first pic of E & Linda on the fun mobile is mine! 😲 Taken Sept 1975.
Really?? That’s so cool! I didn’t realize you had pics out there
@@ashleysadventures someone put them on the internet without my permission. I have several that I traded & that's what happens, unfortunately. It would be nice to at least be credited.
I’ll add your name to the sources in the video description 😊
@@ashleysadventures Thanks! 😀
Hi Ruth, I came across some of your photos of the poolhouse on Flickr. Would I be able to use them in a future video and give you credit in the video and in the description box? No worries if not! Thanks
Do you have any footage/coverage of the plane being towed in the streets to the final destination ?
No, it might be out there on CZcams
Read video Ashley thanks again
Glad you enjoyed it, Thank you!
@@ashleysadventures you're welcome your videos are incredible we need to keep Elvis's alive it's more important now than ever
I guess the crape myrtles are almost gone ?
crape myrtles bloom off and on through the summer; biggest display is in spring....a real southern plant (I have them in Texas)
Hi Ashley started watching this video but with me being hard of hearing I decided to put the subtitles on but they were in Arabic. Then thought I'd read the transcript but to my disappointment they were also in Arabic. Just wondering if it would be possible to have them in English please? Thank you x
Hi Christine, there are many languages. Change it to English. Thanks
@@ashleysadventures Tried, doesn't work x
How did you get a copy of Elvis Presley’s Graceland through the years? I have been trying to get that book for years with no luck.
Check with Jon at the EP Blvd Pawn Shop, that’s where I got mine
Hi
Slightly off topic but you reminded me by the book you were holding ... I have gone all these years as a fan without reading any of the many books about Elvis (I have some picture books but that's it)( any knowledge I have is by researching) and I would like to read some but I'm finding hard to know which ones to trust and I don't want to spend money on books that are untruthful ( by that I don't mean I'm only willing to hear the good .. I want to hear the good, the bad and the indifferent but only if it's true)
What's your opinion on the books written? are there ones to avoid like the plague and/or ones to gravitate to?
Oooh this is a hefty topic! I think books by friends and ladies that loved him are best, in addition to the 2 by Peter Guralnick.
Everyone has a personal preference but I’m partial to the ones by the women.
Avoid the bio by Goldman
There’s several editions of Graceland guidebooks that are full of fun stuff and super affordable
@@ashleysadventures thanks 👍
