Ramp, cabin and window views of FlySAX Douglas DC-9-14 registration 5Y-SAZ at Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta Airport (NBO), Kenya. Operating flight B5829 to Entebbe (EBB), Uganda on 29th March 2018.
The FlySAX DC-9 and F28 were grounded shortly after this trip and have not flown since. I can't think of any older pax aircraft in regular service at the time though.
Ian M - flymajj oh, that’s a shame. Planespotters.net shows it as still active. I’d better not book a trip to Nairobi just to fly in a DC-9 when the pandemic is over! As for the IL-62, are there any still carting fare paying passengers? Air Koryo perhaps?
Dc9 is love, dc9 is life
Nearly 52 years old in this video, this DC-9 is STILL active. This must be the oldest jet airliner still flying passengers, mustn’t it? Nice cop!

@@egpx Only Air Koryo now. The Russian Air Force also has some passenger-configured ones.
@@flymajj Don't think I'll be getting a trip in any of those soon!
@@flymajj Must get out to Pyongyang soon!
Nice !! 👍👍👍
Pointless, just a shiny engine cowling.
I bet you're looking forward to the landing at Entebbe, then.
