The entire fiasco of people blaming Ellen's pay rise for Jessica & Sarah's departure has had a deep emotional impact on Ellen as seen clearly in the end portion of this video. Like she says "its difficult for women to come out & support other women who are on the top & doing well". It clearly happened, Jessica & Sarah didn't even say a word defending Ellen amongst their fan base, her name wasn't even mentioned majorily in their farewell tweets or insta posts. They silently showed their resentment towards Ellen & here I thought Jessica & Ellen were good friends, I mean seriously Jessica & Sarah had long drawn insta posts for Caterina, Camilla, Kelly, etc with whom they have worked for a few seasons but not a single good word for their co-star of the entire journey Ellen. Sarah in her latest interview said Kelly was her support during her departure, which is totally fine but previously she had defended Kelly when Jaggie plot came up & fans said ill about her. But Sarah didn't defend Ellen. Ellen has been hurt by this, as she should be. Women should stand together to fight for equal pay not give each other cold shoulder if one is successful. Also if Ellen's payrise or money was the real reason (which it isn't) behind Jessica & Sarah's departure then the show wouldn't have hired Kim Raver back & the other two new docs.

God it is indescribable how beautiful and strong she is. I was just watching Goldie Hawn and they look so much alike and have that same amazing laugh.
