Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust - Promotional Conference

From 1 July, the community health provider arms of Shropshire County Primary Care Trust and NHS Telford and Wrekin became a single Community NHS Trust. The Trust's aim is to provide high quality community health services delivered wherever possible close to where people live - at home, in local clinics and at community hospitals.
To mark this occasion we held our first ever staff conference, the energy and enthusiasm was obvious from the start with a mix of new faces and new names mingled with more familiar names and faces
The Trust provides a range of community-based health services for adults and children in Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin, and some services to people in surrounding areas too. Our services range from district nursing and health visiting, to physiotherapy and specialist community clinics.
We want to work with local people and communities to develop innovative services that best meet people's needs for care and treatment, and to help them stay healthy.
