Are you referring to buying a gift for your friend or helping throw the party?
If you’re talking about having no money for a gift, you could regift a brand new item you received that you’ve never used,
go in with a friend on a gift and offer to pay them pack for your half once you have money (and actually pay them back 😊), or make a sincere and meaningful card for your friend but don’t give a gift (a good friend will care more about your thoughtful words and friendship than material items).
