This was great. The idea of storyboarding and testing it with a cell phone is so clutch.

I might just be somebody who struggles to watch 2 things at once lol. I thought a cool idea would be if the left-side positive narrative got bigger and bigger and overtook the right-side by the end. or something... Mainly to help guide my eyes to the positive. But Austen, you are fantastic at what you do so don't listen to me.

Thanks so much for the video and all the great production information. I guess I am a bit confused on how you invoice for the pre-production work. You flashed the words "One Month" when you were talking about your role as a producer. Are you billing the client a month worth of on-set days for pre-production? Or am I totally misunderstanding you? Or does that just mean the total length of time it take from when the client signs the contract to when the client receives the deliverables? Thanks in advance.

Hi so im just talking about the amount of time it takes me to direct and produce a commercial project for a client. This is how long it takes me from start to finish so when creating the budget I have an idea of what I need to be paid to work for that long. You dont charge the client per you do it per project, you just have to know your average time it takes for you to work on most commercial projects which comes with practice.
