Many people in the Balkans are actually very good friends and literally everyone has at least one friend from a nation that is supposedly our nation's "enemy". For example, here in Serbia we all have at least one Croatian friend! You will also find many Serbs married with Croats (for example Novak Djokovic is actually half-Serb, half-Croatian)! The only ones in the Balkan who really don't go well with none of their neighbors are Albanians, mainly because they have aspirations on territories of every of their neighbors. The others are pretty cool with each other.
