“The village of Samarovo. In 1559 the village of Samarovo was transferred by Ivan the Terrible to the possession of the Pereslavl Danilov Monastery. Judging by the same Scriptures of 1628-31, in the village there was a wooden church of the Saints Righteous Joachim and Anna with a fairly extensive temple, or better to say, monastic economy.

Эта Церковь в далёком 93 году спасла мне жизнь. Заблудился в лесу, отчаялся совсем, а когда к ней вышел, понял что не всё потеряно. Богу помолился и вышел в Переславле. Жаль что до сих пор не востанавливают.

Были там летом 2010 или 2011 года. Приехали на велосипедах из Копылихи. Напугали своим появлением и видом одинокого таджика, строящего там кому-то дачу.
