One of the most underrated bands. They've been working hard for a long time & have always stayed true. I saw them live numerous times back in 2010-2011-ish. They just don't tour in Memphis anymore (no one does). Props to them for still going & making better music than ever.

My friend showed me Chicano Batman a few years ago and I think that brought this band and the Growlers to my algorithm. It is so nice to hear this fresh new music yet with such nostalgic oldies sound. I love bands that make a genre all their own like this.

Was supposed to travel from Salt Lake to Vegas to see them this winter. Covid pushed again and the show got moved to this weekend during spring break. Hotels Air B&b’s went from $80 a night when we first booked to $350+ a night.
We’re going to have to miss the show. Super bummed.

I love Shannon and the Clams so much! I've been into them since 2013 and got to see them live TWICE in 2016. I got to talk to Shannon, but I was so nervous. Couldn't bring myself to speak to Cody. LOL! So happy every time they release new music.

They are one of my most favorite bands, I get made fun of for how much I like them. Sure as shit, the one day they were playing in Jersey City, they came into the bar that I manage. I was at home, hungover, dead in bed, and my coworker texted me “hey…. I think Shannon And The Clams are here” and I was like “stoppppp lyingggg”, sure as shit, I walked in half dead, and there they were in my bar. I was so shy and sat at the bar, just staring at their table. They didn’t know how much they kept my chin up, just by their sound. My said coworker, who’s the best person in the world, went over and was like “hey, my friend is obsessed with you guys, would you mind a pic?” We as hospitality professionals waited for when they finished eating before even bothering. They were the nicest, and it seemed like a fever dream. Goddamn I love this band.
