You just reminded me what i could do with the Dates,Pecan Nuts & Pumpkin Seeds i've had in the cupboard for ages. I used Honey (from my mates hives) for sweetness. My Kitchen smells amazing right now. Cheers Gaz
⚠️ Brazil nuts are very high in selenium which is dangerous and sometimes fatal to have a lot of! ⚠️ You shouldn't have more than 2 Brazil nuts a day, so I'd recommend only chopping the Brazil nuts in half so you can monitor exactly how many you're eating

That will not save money. At least not where I am. I'm vegan and I eat all organic. If I was to buy all that to make my own, it would cost way more than buying a large bag of organic granola. However, yours looks very tasty. I'll definitely try it.

As an American I had to look this up as well😊: Mixed spice is a spice blend commonly used in British and Irish baking, but mostly around Christmas. It is our equivalent to America's Pumpkin Pie Spice. The blend of spices is very similar, which makes pumpkin pie spice a good substitute for mixed spice if you don't want to make it or can't find it.

You’re not doing the maths bro, the supplies for this recipe, will make several batches of the granola, and each batch is 4x the quantity of what a normal bag of granola. And of course your processed junk food will be cheaper, they want you eating that poison & will sell it to you cheap ☠️
