- This is my fully loaded taste of spring focaccia. Focaccia is a great entry level bread recipe and when you get it right the results are sensational.
The dough is super hydrated which will produce in a light aerated focaccia, especially when allowed to slowly & gently rise.

There are kitchen shower caps that can be used for the bread proofing. It’s great that you did an Etruscan recipe, it looks beautiful and would probably be tasty spread with pesto as well.

I can understand how you describe how romantic you feel when working with focaccia dough, as I also make focaccia and appreciate the way it feels. Here in Ohio, we have a wild garlic we call “ramps.” And I’ll bed the ramps in my area are flowering as well. I believe I’ll have to make some focaccia very soon!

I use a shower cap for fermenting all my bread!! Fully reusable and washable with an elastic band to keep it tight, you can get really cheap packs or much nicer individual ones which are easier to clean

I'm looking forward to the sourdough focaccia video. Do you ever use wholemeal flour? It's all I use and I'd love to see some bread recipes that are 100% wholemeal. Wholemeal rye flour too. :)
I love focaccia! OMG-NESS is that hibiscus tea? That's where my favorite tea is to drink. I'm not sure if you've ever tried they have what's called "passion tea" from tazo. It's one of my favorites to drink during the winter time especially but I'll drink it all year long. When making my own combos I love to use hibiscus in it. I love tart tasting teas and foods. The passion tea taste like cranberry to me. There is no cranberry in it either.
