Prof Fred Ogolla is nailing it. A leader should be a good Listener and not a Talker. The president is a good talker and he thinks people are going to listen to his sweet talks again. NO. We had enough of it and now its time to deliver or leave the office and let Gen Z run the show with support from wise and suitable leaders of their liking being their advisors.

Ruto's problem is that public debt (not of his own making) is crippling Kenya's ability to invest in public services (roads, rail, schools, etc.). If you don't want to pay for these then don't complain when you don't have them!
