how long can tape be left on? Can it be left on during shower? protect foot with plastic bag for shower?

Hi! PTA here. I’m not sure about this specific brand, but with normal KT-tape, it is waterproof. No need to protect it in the shower unless you want to. You don’t want to remove the tape until it starts peeling off by itself (usually lasts 2-7 days). If little pieces start peeling but the rest is secured on, you can snip off those little pieces so they don’t grab onto your socks. Hope this helps!

wouldn't this squeeze the nerves between the metatarsals?

Mine actually did for about a year! West the proper insoles and shoes, massage your foot with an iced bottle of water, stretch your calves and you’ll be ok.

What if you foot sweat will the tape stay in place

I only use stiff tape no stretch so I can't feel the pain.
