Where can I look at the guitars you're selling I'm very interested in an electric guitar.
Your making a big deal over plumbing parts when you have the back of the unit full of guitars wow
Randy Rhoades was not in Black Sabbath, he was lead guitarist for Ozzy and Quiet Riot
I came here to say this.
Rhoads......
Thank you. I just cringed over and over through this video. Especially the “oh wow!” Over literal pieces of garbage 😂
I know right?! This dude must be into country music or disco or something !!!🕺🤠
Even Grandma knows this fact.
It's driving me crazy how many times he opens the case upside down.
And he has his glasses on 😂😂😂😂😂
Hi Rob & Just Jeff, sorry boys, but y’all miscounted. I actually did a tally but only for this video. When y’all came back from cleaning up. Y’all said there was 13, but there were actually more. In the end there was 20 Electric Guitars, 6 Bass, 1 Electric Acoustic Guitar, 1 Acoustic Guitar equaling 28 Guitars in total. Not counting the 1 Fiddle & 1 Cello. Not as many as I guessed, but wow oh wow what a unit. That was a ton of work, but man oh man was it ever worth it. At least for you Rob. Just Jeff got the fun of watching your face full of excitement with ever box & bag you opened. Well in the end it does appear that he must have liquidated all of the guns, jewelry, & the big coin collections. God bless, take care & stay safe out there.🙏🤗👋💗
Thanks so much, Mary Beth. I think he still has those items at his house
Looks like you’re in the RED. Those guitars are 90% sh*t……..
Hahahahahaha !!!!!! 😂😂
Well...true he probably doesn't have $6k worth of guitars...probably on the order of $3k - $4k (the two Jacksons and Cort/Steinberg should bring around $1500 - $2k for just those three and that Ovation is worth some green, not to mention the two BCRichs and I think three Ibanez's...bet the violin and cello aren't throwaways), but with all of the other stuff adding up, it's WAAAY over $10K worth of goods. Tons of $50 - $100 items even more than tons of $10 - $20 stuff. Hell, the empty cases alone will go for $30 or $40 each, which is probably approaching a grand just for the old guitar cases. He could probably get $200 for the headless softshell case on its own and sell the headless with a generic case, since it's not a Steinberger.
You're out of your mind if you think there's 3-4k worth of instruments.
They were all junk. This was a crappy pawn shop that closed down and couldn't pay their storage bill.
I would love to see a follow-up on what he gets for all this junk.. I'm betting he throws in the towel and sells it all to another pawn shop, or some crappy music store for a couple hundred dollar's.
@@user-dv1nh8pp5k For sure. Pile after pile of absolute garbage guitars. They only have value if you can find someone to buy them for $200. Good luck on that.
Those instruments should be donated to either some Boys and Girls Clubs or to film makers who need instruments to light on fire or something for a scene.
“Hunnnerd percent”🙄
Never lay a guitar case down unlatched or unzipped like you did with the spectrum strat copy. You go to pick that up and its hits the floor then its junk.
Didn't close almost every case, crazy. How many can you open upside down too?😂
Spectrum Strat copy… big surprise,… it’s already junk.. 🤔😆🤘🏼✌🏼
Yeah the Neanderthal way he handled those guitars was really annoying.
@@ronnieparfait It was a general comment about guitar care. What was in the case wasn't the point.
Found he was disrespectful of all the instruments in part one and two , loving what he found but cringing whenever he manhandled them , no intrest in the items just the value , appeared as though he could read anyway , this ones a Washburn , theres a Gibson
This video was worth all of the wait and anticipation to see the end.
👏👏👏👏 Great unit Rob!
And don't underestimate Jeff. He is your partner in crime. Your right hand man.
Donut pants for life!! 🍩
Thanks for watching and your support
Hey guys - just a heads up, I’m a vintage guitar broker, that Steinberger Bass is potentially worth anywhere from $1500-2500, depending on originality and condition. It’s definitely the diamond in the rough. It was hard to tell its condition by the quick view I had, but you may want to consult a local guitar shop and have it set up and serviced. It will be worth the time and money to bring it back to playable condition. The neck is made of graphite and will likely be ok, but it likely needs a once over by a professional that will keep it as original as possible. Good luck in finding it a new home. Cheers, J
It was a CORT licensed by…is it still considered that valuable?
No, imho.
No it was a Cort licensed so it was cheap.
No it was a Cort licensed so it was cheap.
OP is correct, It's not a cort.. It's a vintage USA Stienberger XM2, anywhere from $1,500 to $2,800 depending on condition. On the high-end there is a white one listed for $3,600 right now. The USA stamp is on the bottom of the neck near the body. The serial number will have a Letter code before it that indicates which Factory it was built in, i.e. Newburgh, Nashville etc.. The picture and price in the thumbnail was incorrect make and model. That ovation will be worth a bit as well as the jackson pro and Randy Rhodes models.
22 guitars plus the ones you already found and 1 banjo. Winning!
That guitar is signed by members of Live, who originally formed the band in York, Pennsylvania in 1984. I recognize Chad Taylor, Patrick Dahlheimer, and possibly Chad Gracey’s signature, but you’re missing Ed Kowalczyk’s signature who is the lead singer. Nice score!
Thanks for the information Shane
"Throwing Copper" is a legendary album, one of the true greats of '90s rock
Had such a great time following this adventure. So thrilled for you!
Thanks Carol
ammo is hard to make go bad. I have lived on my ranch for 35 years. last year while digging a ditch i uncovered an ammo box. The box was rusted badly. It contained over 500 rounds of 7.62x39 ammo. the rusted holes in the box allowed the empty space in the box to fill with dirt, and the carboard boxes that had held the ammo had all rotted away. Everything inside the box was damp. Every round fired, and ejected without any trouble in my Mac 90. It was all just as good as new.
This series was so much fun, glad you were able to score some good guitars and hopefully those signed ones will pay for the unit! I’m super proud of both of you. Hard workers and you both have a great eye. And just Jeff is right about those back right corners! 💕🥰🤑🤑
Thanks for your support
What a unit! Sometimes you just have to take a leap of faith. Yay, Rob!
Thanks Jane
Hi Rob and Jeff. Sorry to see this unit end, but you took the risk Rob and who knew former pawn shop merch, a fantastic unit. Rob and Jeff great work on emptying the unit and entertaining us throughout. Blessings.
Thanks Caz
Here we go I’ve been waiting for this❤
Wow, that was a great series of videos. Love watching you guys❤
Thanks Cindy
Just Jeff is putting up with the boss man. lol
41? Oh well way wrong!! What an adventure!! This was a rare unit, that’s for sure. I'll guess the tools will bring tons more cash than the guitars and instruments. I would love to see some kind of follow up when things get sorted out and you know how much everything brought in! Not hard numbers, of course, just ballpark. Thanks Rob and Jeff. This was so much fun. Oh yeah, and I would love to know if the autographs were from famous people!
I will definitely have to do a follow up
62 guitars 🎸
That gray empty Charvel case is worth something. 💯
Thanks for the information
I grew up in Newport News and now am wondering which pawn shop closed. Nice haul, you definitely got your money's worth.
Thanks
Fantastic buy, Robert!!!
Jeff is being just Jeff!!! Just the way we like it!
Hi Rob, in answer to your question I don't think you are crazy. You know your stuff and you mentioned in this video you were prepared to go higher with the unit price, that was not a great risk in my opinion, worst case scenario would have been double your money. Thanks for putting these videos out for sharing, it was absolutely awesome watching them all. A heads up to Just Jeff for all the filming 😊 Would be interesting to know what you finally made on this unit 😮 Keep up the good work and look forward to the next video 😊
I will have to do an update. I will have all of the instruments in an upcoming auction in May. Www.2ndcents.com
What a fantastic unit!! ❤❤❤❤
I like how it shows an uncommon Alvarez solid body guitar an the sold listing is a G&L or a ok Ibanez an shows a nicer Ibanez sold listing 😃
Like the cream Jackson bass and then shows a black Jackson guitar. Haha!!
Feet up and cup of tea time 🤗 thanks for sharing Rob 🤗🥰🙏👍
Thanks for watching Karen
It’s your spidery scenes at it again Robert. Jeff that’s some work you did. Bless 👍🙏🏻❤️🏴
Awesome Rhoads guitar
Thanks
JEFF is commentary and cameraman and ad ons...😂
loved all the vids on this unit
congrats
Thanks
I am guessing 63 guitars. You both put smiles on our faces with each video.
Nowhere near
He died to young, but a genius guitar player, I will never forget him.❤
WOW, WOW, WOW!!! Unbelievable!!!
Just Jeff cinematographer extraordinaire
I lost track. 😂 Congratulations on this wonderful locker!!🎉🎉🎉 Umm Yeah you are a Crazy Genius!!!🎉🎉🎉
Thank you so much 😁
Something tells me Jeremy is going to be hitting you up for a guitar or two. LOL
Yes, he said I should hang them up at his house
Lol😊
@@2ndCentsIncAuctionsClevelandi might be interested in a couple
@@2ndCentsIncAuctionsCleveland LOL!!
It really hurts me that you don't re-latch the cases once you've opened them. Somebody goes to pickup the case thinking it's latched and... "ba-dersh", the instrument hits the concrete. Ouch!
I am sure that was done off camera.
Iknow.i fuss all the time when he does that
We latched all of the cases after filming
😂😂Great minds think alike, Rob! Too bad we weren’t right! Hey Jeff good job catching the last one! Love and blessings guys!❤
#replay 🙋♀️ Hello Rob, just Jeff & Everyone
Probably the empty cases once contained the more expensive guitars. Thanks for sharing. Was great to watch.
Watching really late but already left a thumbs-up 👍and will watch all the way through.
OMG!Great unit!!!
Thanks
This has been so much fun!
Yes, it was a blast
I guess 19
I covet that ovation guitar - heaven to play.
Loved this unit.
A few pow pows would have been the cherry on top.
❤
I agree, I think the coins, jewelry & guns are at his house
What an awesome unit‼️Those are few and far between, but Rob knows a winner when he sees one ‼️
Just Jeff is a great cameraman, and pro truck packer‼️
Thanks Paula
I so should have guessed my 23, was close. Oh well, man what a unit !
every time you have so many luck, awesome. Greetings from belgium!!
Thanks, you
I am always watch you video's,its so good!!
These guys never show the 20 units that are garbage for every one good one.
Love the colors of the 🎸
Me too Gayle
Lol at the G&L listing when you're looking at the Alvarez
Wow! What an awesome unit, but I’m still surprised there was no jewelry. Rob, you definitely know what your doing🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙
Thanks, Vicky. I think the jewelry, coins & guns are at his house
Wow wow wow wow wow what a unit this was.
Thanks @KTTreasures
Rob...Congratulations onthis unit! It was an exciting unit!
U need 2 turn Guapo on 2 the 3 Stooges! I believe i heard him say he never saw them! U need 2 wait until 4:20p.m or a.m. doesn't matter. Lol. I really think he would love them!
Just Jeff good job filming!
I hope you all had a safe trip❤
We did & a lot of fun Kim
Awesome congratulations on the killer locker
Thanks Timothy
Full of Junque...
Might kill your back, schlepping them all onto the truck....
Randy roads was not in black sabbath he was the lead guitarist for the village people 😅
Brilliant storage unit a gamble but it was worth it ❤❤❤.
Amazing collection of guitars thanks for sharing 😂
Thanks for watching!
Man y’all keep asking me to put something in the chat well here it is. Every guitar you’ve open was complete crap, just pawnshop junk. Theres maybe 3 you might get a couple bucks for, the Steinberger bass, the Charvel and the Jackson V (which when I saw the big case was hoping for a double neck). And Randy Rhoads played guitar for Ozzy Osbourne, that’s who he’s best known for. 🤔🤘🏼✌🏼
I stopped keeping track at the $6k mark.
😂😂❤❤
The red jackson was pretty sweet
Rob is a genius
Sometimes you have to take a gamble and this was a great gamble, congrats on the great unit Rob, all the guitars and I did guess 25, and games and DVDs and knives and many other things, great unit 😊
Hi Rob, take a good look at that pocket knives to, sometimes it scarres me what they are worth! I take a drink to your succes! 🎯
Crazy Genius with funny sidekick
Hell yeah, a musicians paradise!
I'd love to know more of those signed guitars.
Even if they're sold already.
Please do the research.
And I'd be well up for the PSP UMD cartridges too...all of them.
Massive score, brah.
Solid investment.
Well done.
Enjoy the ice cream.
😆 🤣 😂
Was there any 38 shorts in any of that ammo? I need some bad.
😎🎶😎🎶 Wowzers!!
Did Jeremy call Dibs on any them?!
I'm late, but Jeff is awesome to have along.
Even though you didn't find the jewelry or guns, you had a gold mine of instruments. I can't wait to see how you do in your next auction. A job well done. 🎉🎉🎉
Gold mine? Seriously?
3/4 cases filled(hope more) but nice unit 😊😊😊😊😊$$$$$$$$$$$ good for you
O my goodness love you guys
Thanks Shelia
It’s amazing that you got everything inside of the truck. How many hours did you have to tape? I’m guessing about 15?
Thanks for sharing Rob ,awesome unit well done i appreciate you stay safe sending love from across the planet Australia 🩷🩷🩷
I love your videos and watch them all. Curious how long it takes to clean, categorize and process a locker like this for sale?
Well, it took 3 guys six hours just to unload truck.
I must have one of those maybe for my 70th birthday in December.
You did extremely well
I think you’re crazy smart go for it😂😂😂🥰🥰🥰
Holy grail 💥but
Worth it❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I've watched all of the previous videos on this locker. Going to watch and see if you find any guitars this video and what else you find. What a great locker. Good going.
Awesome, thank you!
The old jackson pro was pretty cool. Looked like early 90's
Yes, it's in the auction this weekend
2ndcents.hibid.com/catalog/542232/high-end-audio-eq--instruments--records-and-cds-auction
@@2ndCentsIncAuctionsCleveland Idk if all this came from that unit but if it did then you did well. The tools, guns, knives , ammo, miscellaneous and video games are all going to be profit. People don't realize it adds up quick , quantity matters. I work at a local live auction on the weekends ...
Nothing under $50 great find.
Hopefully the truss rods work. Set ups for days and days
He should go to Florida for next Spring break and buy a storage unit. I cannot wait to see what next great unitrip he plans
That Steinberger may be work a pretty penny!
I've watched every video of this locker and it just keeps coming, did it even fit in your building lol. Love your videos keep them coming and hi just Jeff. 👍🏴🇬🇧
Yes, it barely fit
Randy Rhoads co-founded Quiet Riot and was Ozzy Osborne's guitarist. Did not play with Black Sabbath.
Jeff is the entertainment
congratulations on finding a great storage unit
Thank you!
Great? 🙄
Jeff's the brains,that's what he's doing lol
Hey Rob, those square cases that are empty, you can sell them as gun cases.
Great idea
DO YOU STILL HAVE THAT AUSTON SG-STYLE GUITAR??? NICE HAUL, GUYS. PEACE FROM CREEL CHIHUAHUA, MEXICO...
do you ship if i am interested in any of those guitars
You were able to pack the storage unit due to your superior packing skills
It just fit
That looked like an original Steinberger, and not a licenced Cort. It'll be worth way more if it is.
The cort/steinberger in the image isn't the same instrument. What they have appears to be a Steinberger XM2.
I also play a lefthanded bass. I did not see anything lefthanded of what you showed...
You purchased the bargain wall of a Music Go Round......
Besides great content he has the best pronunciation ever.
I think a few years back Moxxie was (is)?? an all female Bubble-Grunge Rock band. cool find.
