- Hi Guys,
Today's video is about beetroot wine. As everyone is only familiar about grapevine so tried my hands on beetroot wine hope you like the video . This receipe is purely taken from my cook book.Also sorry for the audio quality that is because of the rains so had to give a voice over hope you understand. This video is clear hard work of 21 days. Shooted in bits and parts Hope u love it.
Ingredients:
1 kg beetroot (grated)
2 inch ginger
6 medium lemon
1.2 kgs sugar
4 liters water
1 1/2 tsp yeast
1 handful dry grapes
1 handful wheat
10 cardomam
15 cloves
5 small cinnamon sticks

Hi Jovi, very nice video. I will try making beetroot wine. Can you make video on East Indian Masala? I remember years back we used carry bottled East Indian Masala to Kuwait.
