When I first started watching football before I had a team, I loved the Chiefs, I loved the 1,2 punch of Larry Johnson and Priest Holmes, I looked up to Tony Gonzalez because I liked TEs and we share a birthday, and Dante Hall was actually the first NFL jersey I ever had, my mom actually recently found the jersey lol.
Well we now see why Trey Wingo ended up hosting NFL Sunday Countdown and not call games

Had no creativity, and you only customize one player not a whole team, music was lame, game play was weak

I barely remember much from this game, and I actually worked on it. From what I had heard, the NFL did not like some of the more extreme aspects (things like taunting or excessive celebration) of NFL Street and it really hampered what could be added to the game. Although the game was mediocre is was actually one of the better project experiences I worked on during my time at Tiburon.
Great job, thanks for trying to give us a great game despite the big wigs and hidden hands holding you back. What you guys did will never be forgotten

Yeah, the 07 Browns were good. They made a lot of good signings in free agency heading into 08 before the injury bug derailed the offense.

No this was at the point EA was at the low point. All the sports series were awful (except nhl that introduced the new skill stick). Madden, fifa, nba live we’re all struggling trying to build on their new gameplay engine. The last 2 ea sports big games made were atrocious. Nba street homecourt was way worse than the prior games and nfl tour seemed like they put 6 months of development into the damn game
