after you beat the game completly for the first time (the ending right before the death) when you keep on playing this weird lady spawn after some time and roams the house to kill you, if she gets to close you get cut into pieces
all you need is a bear trap, axe and shotgun, bear trap and shotgun to stun axe to kill. when it get stunned by the bear traps if you're timed enough you can hit it with the axe 3 times

Even if she lives or dies she still wakes up at the same day. The canon ending is where she finally escapes the time loop with the cost of her left arm.
