I know this video is 2 years old, but this is still the best app of this style that I have ever used.

this app will not recognize any e-receipts other than Walmart or Amazon. so frustrating since I do purchase a lot online at other major retailers... target, Kroger, etc. but I don't ever get credit and it is annoying so watch this go by....

Do you round up the amount of an item
I use the fetch app but I cannot get my yahoo email to connect in ereceipts! Any suggestions?
I’ve never connected my email. There is that functionality (middle bottom) but I can’t troubleshoot it if it’s not working. I’d suggest reaching out to their tech support.
Great step-by-step instructions. However, you never mentioned how far back you can go to scan receipts. If I bought something a year ago, I'm sure that doesn't count, but what about back a couple of months ago?

You can scan up to 30 receipts in I believe 7 days.
@@katilynbell5979 yes actually you can scan that far back a couple times but fetch will tell u it’s an old receipt and only give u 25 points I did this when I 1st got the app

I signed in with my email, and I included Amazon and it said I was ready to use my. ereceots but nothing tells me how to use it... when I press the blue e- recept icon it takes me back to the same page that says im ready to use it....

Why? I don’t know. I don’t work there, so I can’t answer that. Are there better apps? That will be personal preference. You can find all of my app tutorials on my CZcams playlist.
So can you use any receipt any time or does it have to be that day or do you have to sign in prior to shopping?
Any receipt. And I believe the receipt has to be within 9-14 days. Can’t remember exactly off the top of my head. But it’s over a week

Please do. I don’t use a Google or outlook email. I use my regular iPhone email @icloud and it’s so confusing w the fetch ereceipts

Question, if I redeem 50,000 points for a $50 Visa/Mastercard, would I receive a physical card in the mail or does it just show up in my rewards section and I just show the barcode to the cashier when checking out at store?
Thank you! I haven’t redeemed for this one in particular, but the terms say you would receive the reward by email and then have 4 months to redeem for visa prepaid gift card. I’ve always cashed out to CVS, Target or Walmart and it comes to the reward section of the app. I then scan it from the app at checkout (or enter code if shopping online).

When I click on the camera, then the blue button that says e receipt , it randomly picks an email and I don’t know how to choose the E receipt I’m looking for
When I do that same thing, it asks me to connect an email. I’m wondering if you’ve already connected an email. It also prompts me to connect Walmart and/or Amazon

When I tried it just before I sent this message it actually did pick a receipt out of my email, but I had already scanned the paper version of that receipt

I think I found out how to do the e-receipts. I went to my email and pulled up the receipt I wanted and just left it open, then went to fetch separately and use that receipt so see if it works for you.

If you waited the amount of time, I would suggest sending them an email. I haven’t encountered that issue
How do I use the digital visa. I can’t load it to my wallet

I have a 2,000 dove men's care body wash 5x. When submitting my receipt, the 8,000 did not show up only giving 105. How do I submit a ticket to correct that?
Click on your points. Find the receipt. Scroll down to where you see “correct receipt”
Does receipt have to have a bar code? Can you use old receipts?
Receipt doesn’t need a barcode. Within 2 weeks I believe it how far they will go back
I've cashed out for Walmart and Visa (digital and plasti) cards and tried using them and they don't work. The number on the back of the Visa card is no longer in service. Fetch says to contact the number on the card. Have you ever had this happen or any advise?
No never. I cash out to cvs, Target, restaurants, etc. never once had any issues using them

This app was pretty good till they got greedy. Now for your $10 rewards you need to score 12,500 instead of the old 10,000. Also in order to get the high rewars you need to purchase the items where they tell you too or you will get the minimum.
I was wondering if when redeeming a gift card from points, if the same way to retrieve gift card for cvs is the same for walmart wallet? Does the amount go into the Walmart wallet app or will it stay in email for me to show/scan at register?

Great Video! Is there an amount of time you have to cash in points? I have 13,000 + and it shows, but when I click on my rewards I only have 3,000.
Yours might just be having an issue. I have not redeemed my points in over a year and it just grows
You have to constantly you use it if not they still give 30 days or more to use them before they are expired

What does the Fetch company get in return for collecting your data? From where do the points come? From where do the gift cards come?
You can read their terms and conditions and privacy policy. You can also reach out to them directly, as they will be able to answer your questions more confidently. Since I do not work for fetch, I feel it’s better you speak with someone who does.

ITS NOT JUST GROCERY ITS LITERALLY ANY RECEIPT!!! Hair receipts, take out food receipts, cvs rite aid , bank receipts and it’ll STILL GIVE YOU 25 points for a receipt over 14 days ago !!! They don’t tell y’all those parts go see for yourself

I think at this point you would have to go to the “help center” and “contact us” to say you were referred and give them the code.

Go into your Amazon account. Literally “my account” and you’ll see “manage gift card balance” You click that and enter the gift card numbers there.

It can be your entire grocery receipt. As long as that item you want the rebate for is on there, you are good.

If you scrolled all the way to the bottom of that award page you see see something that now says “correct receipt”. Click on your points total in the top right hand corner of app. Then find the receipt you submitted. Scroll down until you see “correct receipt” and follow prompts

Hey I have a really important question what does it mean when they say reward processing please I need your HELP
People have commented that there is like a two day processing period. I haven’t experienced this, so it must just be on your first redemption. If you have issues after that processing period, I would suggest contacting fetch to see if they can further assist you.

That’s correct. The app has changed a bit since I did this tutorial. You just need to swipe up to submit

You do not have to but you can. In your pictures you just need: the title/name of the store, the date, and how much was paid

I just began using this app. All I wanted to know was if the gift cards have an expiration date.
I don’t believe so. I was just looking at a couple of mine and I don’t see any expiration dates listed. My cvs gift card actually says “does not expire” so I know the cvs ones don’t for sure.
