Great work bro... you should turn your ankles in on every punch... you'll be much more effective on your hooks and uppercuts ...great work. I'm coach Montez; Not trying to tell you how to work just giving some of my ingredients as a coach... If you're turning your hips correctly and using the right dip rotation... you'll feel it all in your lower back and in your hips; but once the pain heals, you'll be much more fluid. with your punches you won't have to pause in between your combo and when you roll and slip punches it'll feel much easier, I would advise working your ankles and hit rotation daily so that you can get over the the pain that occurs while doing hip work... Just giving back just like you did great work bro thank you.. i've learned a lot from your movement also..
