My wife had an ectopic pregnancy that almost killed her. It took months for her to recover after the operation. My sister at 40 had a hysterectomy, again it took a few months for her to recover. It could be simply something like those. People are bonkers and flourish off nonsens and drama.

You would have to be as thick as a plank not to understand that Catherine is resting at home until after Easter as it was announced at the time of her operation,or perhaps you are a malicious stirrer with no thought about the feeling of Catherine’s children
She said she is having "major abdominal surgery" not exploratory. If that meant cancer, her doctors would know exactly what is going on. They would have all the MRI and CTscan results.
After the surgery we were told that she is doing well and recovering. We heard that many times. Then we saw her at the Farmers Market, she certainly was cheerful and bouncy in every way. Suddenly she tells us that it now was found out that she has cancer. See that does not add up. The doctor would have known before surgery or at the very least right at surgery where a biopsy would have informed them about the cancer. There are too many things that don't add up.
The cancer wasn't detected until lab testes were carried out after surgery. Cancer doesn't necessarily mean a visible tumour which would show up on a CT or MRI. She said cancerous cells were detected not a tumour, which is why preventative chemo is being used. Now run along and take your conspiracy theories to a Sewer Squad channel where you can invent more ludicrous stories to your heart's content.
