Hi, I think you introduced the packrafting world well. However I am surprised that only mentioned the disadvantages of self bailing packrafts. They also have very strong pros. In particular the safety aspect of it. If you flip, you can go straight back in mid rapid, no need to go back to shore, empty the packraft etc... It is also a lot easier to jump out the boat last minute if something comes up on the river, a lot easier for beginners who won't spend hours putting their skirt back on, especially when they start and keep flipping, easier to jump into the boat and straight into a rapid etc... I see more and more people moving from WW deck boats to self bailing, even though, as you mentioned, they are slower and colder, they have other strong advantages !

Very good points. I agree I didn’t point out these benefits and especially stopping and emptying the water happens often to me as I don’t always have my spray deck on. I will plan another video where I compare both variations, or all 3 - Spraydeck, Sprayskirt, Self-Bailing - in more detail. Thank you again for your suggestions.

I've learned so much about pack rafting in this video. I love the intent statement at the beginning. I like the idea behind the animated graphic but would use it more as a theme than a one-off thing. Great work! let's keep growing together.

Thank you and good idea with the theme. Will think about it how to incorporate it more often. Let’s grow together :)
