Wow! I stopped collecting comics back in 1988, and I've regretted it ever since. I've always wanted to start back collecting, but all of these confusing and convoluted storylines are very intimidating. I wouldn't know where to start. Power Man and Iron Fist was always one of my favorite titles.

Heroes for hire was my childhood favorite comic, back in the 70's(yep im that old!). Heard the mcu was doing a heroes for hire movie for the mcu, i got excited...
Luke also became mayor of NY recently.

Luke cage actually sounds pretty cool. I know he had a Netflix show but I never heard anyone talk about it so I figured he was just some throwaway character.
My first expirience with Luke and Danny was from the Ultimate Spider-Man cartoon (is not related to the game or comic series). Glad i learned something from this video.
the 1st power man experiment gave him super strength able 2 lift 10 tons.with the 2nd experiment he's able to lift 50 tons.his steel hard skin is also more durable.

My brother started watching Netflix's Luke Cage, usually i'm the marvel buff in the house and he's the DC one, so i felt pretty useless knowing nothing about him.
I'd like a little video about Civil War 2 so far. Only Marvel comic coming out in my country is Spider-Man and we're still in the Superior Spider-Man arc, so I won't hear about it in a while.
Question for you Drake. How many groups/ teams has Wolverine been a part of? And exactly how old IS Wolverine, really?
Another video I would love to see is, Most Powerful Youths in Marvel Comics, such as Adam Reed. I know there are more but I'm not sure who they are. Thanks and great videos!

Dr_whats_his_name yes, civil war 2 has nothing to do with the first one. It is about an inhuman that can see the future and Captain Marvel wants to use him to imprison people who "might" commit crimes. Tony Stark is not for this and pointless civil war ensues. Most of it is just sitting around talking. The only times anything happens is a when characters die for no reason.

Actually not true Iron Fist and Daredevil have been both Defenders in the Original comics. Infact it was said as much that they were official Defenders even though the team was unofficial.

Hi Drake. Just found your site and this was the first video of yours I have watched. Iam a BIG fan of Black Nerd Andre and found your channel thru him. I have not read comics in awhile but back when I did Starfire was my favorite DC character. Since you asked for idea about videos,heres one. Recently I read an issue of Red Hood And The Outlaws and was COMPLETELY lost and a bit pissed off. Can you make a video explaining how,during the George Perez - Teen Titan era Starfire was a strong,passionate warrior who was extremely loyal to her friends to this new Starfire who seems to be an amnesia riddled slut who doesn't seem to care about loyalty,honor or anything at all. George Perez (who is still my favorite artist,bar none)created a fantastic character that in my absence from comic book collecting has been RUINED and id like to know how and why. Thanks.

Never read Like cage Comics or familiar with the Character but i decided to watch the Netflix series. It felt blocky and the acting was either stiff or over the top.. but it action fantasy so i will keep watching. Black superhero ? keep it coming.

The Luke Cage show is based a while before the events of Jessica Jones, so probably not.

i preferred these videos when it was just animation and comics. Don't see why he had to insert himself into it.
Oh I wasn't saying I don't like your videos. I just find the intros and outros a little conflicting with the rest of the video style which is mostly comic or animation. Maybe I'm confusing you with other channels like game theory when I say I liked it before. It just seems awkward to have 30 second intro, 30 second outro that must take time out to film and looks a bit disjointed from the rest of the piece (to me anyway)

I really enjoyed the way bendis and Matt fraction wrote like and haven't found anything like that. He doesn't feel like a real black person half the time, and as a black person I find it very annoying I want more street level great stories like daredevil but... For me you know?
