Back in 1969 when I was shopping for a used car, I visited the Oldsmobile dealer to check out their inventory. All the used cars there had 36,000 miles on them! I ended up buying a 1965 4-4-2 convertable. The sales people said turning the miles back puts new life in their used cars!😂
The 2006 Toyota Camry 4-cylinder had fuel consumption problems and was part of a recall.Just the 4 cylinder not the V6 Camry.That was the make and model from the video you showed at the beginning of the show.
I've got an XTool D8 scanner. It's good enough for me. I work on my own cars. When my friends go to look at cars, they come and get me and I take my scanner along. I actually had a guy at a used car dealer ask me to not hook up my scanner to the car my friend was interested in. We calmly walked away. Just the site of that scanner can be enough to save you a big expensive mistake.
Not every mechanic/auto tech nician try to make a quick buck or scam .I'm a auto tech 30 yrs experience I don't have to make a quick I earned customers trust because I really care..it's not all about the money you just haven't met me... good luck
Folks, don't ever go by the CarFax reports. If the seller won't let you have the car properly inspected before purchase..........walk away. I can't tell you how many times those reports have come up totally wrong. Especially car accident data. You could be buying a car with major damage and the report shows nothing. It happens a lot.

Bought a 12 town and country at an auction, more issues than I thought could be possible.
Don’t forget to check for spacers between 02 sensors to trick computer to not turn on check engine light. These are being sold online everywhere.
