Umm..I am not sure why they choose the title of this video..he didn't have any REAL advice about addiction. He was talking about having an addiction to the internet and to your phone. He stated an example about why people do cocaine. That was it!
His whole point was that you have to find something better, that gives you more fulfillment than doing the addiction your afflicted with.

Great comment!! Jordan Peterson destroyed benzodiazepine addiction. It is the 2nd most addictive substance readily available on the planet. He speaks from pure experience on that matter!!
