CARICO E SCARICO LASER CON MAGAZZINO A TORRE Il nostro sistema per il carico/scarico di lamiere con magazzino a torre integrato rappresenta una soluzione innovativa e molto efficiente per l’automazione di macchine di taglio laser nuove e d’impianti già installati. La soluzione ideata integra un tradizionale sistema di carico e scarico laser con un innovativo sistema di magazzino. La torre di magazzinaggio può ospitare fino a 10 cassetti contenenti lamiere vergini o lamiere tagliate. La nostra gamma di magazzini a torre prevede la gestione di un numero variabile di cassetti a seconda delle esigenze del cliente. Lo spostamento dei cassetti tra i vari piani della torre e le due posizioni di lavoro avviene tramite un ascensore verticale. Il sistema di trasporto verticale dei cassetti è rivoluzionario rispetto alle soluzioni presenti sul mercato. Il sistema più diffuso ed utilizzato prevede che l’ascensore sia a due posti, uno per il cassetto della lamiera tagliata ed uno per il cassetto della lamiera vergine. Il nostro ha invece una sola posizione e trasporta i diversi cassetti a seconda delle necessità. Questa soluzione permette di completare la sequenza di scarico dei pezzi tagliati contemporaneamente al cambio cassetto della lamiera vergine, in tempo mascherato. La separazione tra la catenaria di ingresso/uscita dei cassetti contenenti lamiera tagliata e la catenaria di ingresso/uscita dei cassetti con lamiera vergine permette invece, all'occorrenza, un carico-scarico pezzi molto facile e quindi un ciclo di lavoro molto semplice. Un’altra importante caratteristica di questo sistema è certamente la sua compattezza, tale da permettere l’inserimento a terra di un supporto a perni che consenta di posizionare la lamiera vergine con il muletto e caricarla direttamente nei cassetti senza l’ausilio di pallet.
LOADING AND UNLOADING LASER SYSTEM WITH STORAGE TOWER Our loading/unloading laser system with the storage tower represents an innovative and very efficient solution for the automation of new laser cutting machines and already installed systems. The designed solution integrates a traditional laser loading and unloading system with an innovative storage system. The shelf tower can accommodate up to 10 cassettes containing raw or cut sheets. Our range of storage systems with tower includes the management of a variable number of cassettes according to the customer's needs. The cassettes are moved between the various floors of the tower and the two working positions by means of a vertical lift. The vertical cassettes transport system is revolutionary compared to the solutions available on the market. The most common and used system is a two-seater lift, one for the cassette of the cut sheet metal and one for the casette of the raw sheet metal. Ours has instead only one position and transports the different cassettes according to the needs. This solution allows to complete the unloading sequence of the cut pieces at the same time as the change of the cassette of the raw sheet metal, in masked time. The separation between the inlet/outlet chain of the cassettes containing cut sheet metal and the inlet/outlet catenary of the cassettes with raw sheet metal allows, on the other hand, a very easy loading/unloading of the pieces and therefore a very simple work cycle. Another important feature of this system is certainly its compactness, such as to allow the insertion on the ground of a pin support that allows to position the raw sheet metal with the forklift and load it directly into the cassettes without the use of pallets.
