Thank you for a marvelous explanation. Please, more of this kind. We are really grateful.
this help me understand better about degenerate primes/PCR.
Thank you a lot Shomu's Biology
Every video of yours is very helpful. I always browse your channel for my exams. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us.
Thank you for your simple illustration, I understand the concept in watching your video once. Great
Your all videos help me alot sir... You are best ... Its just a kind request to adjust your camera properly to board.. But rest of the explanations and material is verrrrryy helpful... God bless you
Wow your explanation is easy to understand. Thank you for uploading this lecture.
Sir,you said,we can predict structure of dna. That means, primer is designed from the protein sequence that is available using bio informatics tools?
Maine lots of videos dekhi but you are one of the best
Thank you so much for appreciating my efforts
Thanks very much for the clear explanation.
Thank you for nice explanation. It was wery helpful to understand
Thank you so much this is sooo helpful!
Awesome lecture, keep up the good work
You're welcome. Glad to hear that you're getting benefit from my lectures
Thank you for a nice explanation!
You're welcome
Thank you so much sir
Well explanation
Bhaiya your teaching method very amazing
Thank you so much for appreciating my efforts
Thanks u so much, it was really helpful.
You're welcome
Great video!
Very helpful!
i have a doubt.... from the protein sequence u can generate degenerate primers .but what will be the template dna for this pcr because u have only the protein?
may be.. degenerate PCR is used when you exactly don't know about template dna's sequence but know amino acid sequence. so you test the primer first, and then you cloning the polymer for sequencing. After sequencing, you can compare your work to original sequences which are not perfect. In conclusion, you can know your dna sequences by degenerate PCR, and you can also use this degenerate primer at RT-PCR, qPCR, etc.
Cool video!
Thank you
You're welcome
Success good job
Man, you are flying
good
11:05 its like throwing stones in the darkness XD
that's actually a great metaphor. Keep u p the great work Shomu!
Fun! damental at best. learning is fun here.
Sir plz anchored PCR bi kra dijiye 🙏🙏
Okay
@@shomusbiologyofficial thank u sir
