Hey Painless, I think the blush brushes work better because they're designed to work with dry powder, and paint brushes are made to work well with liquid. That's just a guess, but I've tried both and I know the blush brushes pick up the dust on my tanks better than the paint brushes. Kinda like the difference between a broom and a dust mop, can ya dig it? ;)

Gary! I normally use soft bristle, small width paint brushes to clean the dust off of mine. I'll give those brushes a try tho' Thanks for the Tip!
