For those of you complaint about taxes, Texas has 0 income tax… taxes are 1.9% which on this home would be around $6,500 a year putting it at the same as any mayor state city in the Us but the lack of income tax tends to water it down when accounting for living expenses on a yearly basis.

@bill855Texas is massive and in the middle of nowhere. Florida is reasonable outside of Miami which is penned in by the gator swamp they aren’t allowed to build on (the Everglades). Otherwise Florida would be reasonable. Middle Florida is reasonable

Yes in Leander that’s $500,000 sadly for that little house built in one of the box divisions every 4th or 5th house is the same with 10-12 feet between the homes.

What sucks about all these new houses they are building is that you literally get the smallest backyard ever and your neighbors are 3 feet away from you and can literally see over your fence, so privacy is a minimum
Yes in master planned subdivisions there is calculated lot sizes but fortunately there’s more options then these. Check out the other videos on our channel for ideas. Thanks for watching.

Also they are made poorly and so fast they make a lot of cosmetic mistakes

There’s not a lot of land because it’s located in a master planned community where the lots are typically 40-50ft wide X 110-120ft deep.

This is so cheap. In my country in Croatia average salary is much much lower than in USA (around three times) but property like this would cost more if in big city. I cant afford small one bedroom condo here where I live

What’s the deal with the microwave over the stove? There should be a vent not a microwave in a brand new home
Very typical for the microwave to be over the stove. There is ventilation built in the cabinets above the microwave.
