I flew Caribbean Airlines in December and l enjoyed the flight...staff was superb... came back on them in January and the service still superb. Family member who has physical challenges was treated with such patience and respect...Thank you Caribbean Airlines you delivered well...see you in the near future..

Its amazing how they are calling the plane 737-8 instead of 737 Max 8, you guy go as far as to cut off the MAX 8 off the planes name over the regestration. But beautiful plane otherwise

If all fairness compaired to other airlines caribbean airlines offers pretty substantial leg room to economy passengers. 30 inches of leg room is quite a lot.

They are just trying to move past the horrendious past of the max 8 howveer when you book a flight it makes you fully aware that you will be flying a max 8 so you can opt out if your are not comfortable.
It was globally mandated that boeing has to fix the aircrafts and ava adminstration mandated that all pilots had to be trained to handle the mcas system that caused the malfunctioned in the planes that crashed.
I honestly prefer the old livery with the hummingbird on the side of the plane. I feel the new livery is too plain. In terms of the plane itself i think it is a technologically advanced plane due to the emence scrutiny this plane recieved during its grounding.
The IFE is lacking. The Marketing is deceptive and i fail to see where anyone can arrive at stating the 737 Max 8 is the most technologically advanced aircraft ever..
100% agree with the IFE part. The competitors all have IFE screens in economy. American's 737 Max 8 and Jetblue's A321 Neo (which I've both been on) are way better imo.

Yes because there is not inflight entertainment in economy class they offer free wifi and access to their carribean views app for a small selection of movies and shows to stream on your personal device.
Beautiful interia but did anyone notice the 108 economy class seats have no entertainment screen so if you're on a long haul flight there be no entertainment useless you carry your own
Yeah i wish they followed form that the airbus 321 neo has with personal in flight entertainment. At least they offer free wifi onboard for streaming on your personal device.

The issue was resolved and all pilots have been trained to deal with any malfunctions. The main issue with the planes before is the mcas was new and pilots didnt know how to deal with the system.
Otherwise, very sexy looking livery, it’s about time, to much unpainted aircraft at CAL. Representation is important for an airline with very great track record.

Well it its probably one of the safest planes now due to all of the scrutiny it got from its grounding.

They receiving their first plane in novemeber and the first flight was in january they are slowly introducing these planes to their routes.

This problem was fixed. The max has been operating for over a year without any issues.
