He didn't need jawline, he had a beautiful jawline. And not eyebrows botox nope. And he definitely didn't need fillers on his lips. I respect what he did to himself cause it's his choice. I would just prefer the old zac when he was in baywatch with The Rock, he nailed it. And if he wanted to gain muscles as a coach i would definitely tell him to take more protein and less carbs. And he will be lean bulky 🙂.

Absolutely with you! I think he had a chin implant and his Masseters and lower jaw line filled. Which totally changes the proportions of his face, because now all his features, lips, nose eyes, sit more in the center and higher up in a now wider and longer face. I think he also had his upper lip filled and his brows lifted, specificly, the sides or ends of his brows lifted, which has tilted them upwards on the outer edge. Which is probably, what registers with the Doc as a more feminine impression. There is heaviness and puffiness in the lids, which can have a multitude of reasons from irritation from contacts to allergies, to sleep deprivation, to a cold/ infection, to just getting older. So, yeah. I think thats it. Mainly a chin implant and his jaw widened and lowered by fillers. Probably in an attempt to masculinize his face, contrary to what yhe doctor said here. After all, a bigger jaw is a masculinizing feature. But: a bigger lower third of the face can also register as heaviness there, making the person look older. Like things have started to sag down or an over-maturation. I agree that there seems to b a little puffiness in the face, but that, again can stem from so many things, Including cosmetic procedures, like fillers or laser treatments or chemical peels, that haven't fully healed yet. And it may be temporary and just present in the shoots around that time.
Also: Let's not forget, that Photoshop and the Liquify Tool exist, and some Photoshop Artists go ham and distort the face until people are unrecognizable.

He is much like Angelina Jolie. They keep themselves super skinny which gives them the big eyed coltish teenage look. When they allow themselves to go to a more natural weight for their age you start to see a thickening of the face, they eye don't pop and so on. When Zac puts on weight he looks different just like Jolie. Also the pics are different. one pic has him looking straight ahead in high light and the other has him looking more up in more shaded light which makes the eyes look bigger.

I also think its "fake" as in he didn't get surgery, rather this is either a prank, an in joke or there was something medical related. Everyone believed the Weeknd had plastic surgery for that video clip and he went so far with it, but it wasn't legit. Here's hoping.

Angelina Jolie has very sharp masculine features she’s known as most beautiful woman
She has a masculine jawline in terms of definition and a bit in terms of size but it reads as unique because her overall facial proportions are feminine. She has a baby like quality in terms of proportion which is considered more feminine. Her jaw gives her structure and edge but doesn’t negate her overall feminine quality.

He doesn’t even need to be MORE chiseled, he was perfectly chiseled as he was. Maybe he’s just packed on a few lbs. I which case it’s always seen in the face first. I know that from experience.
Great evaluation Doc ! His entire face does in fact look puffy !
I think he got an upper eye lift, then fillers to cover the hollowness. It’s something a lot of surgeons do. It pulled his eyebrows down, and he has to really push to get those eyebrows up now. You can see that it brought the eyes together, and the lack of tissue structure even impacted his nose, making it appear longer. When he ages, this is going to speed up an aged look.
Maybe try to keep the picture up longer than 1 second so I can see what you’re talking about

I have been assured that he has done a chin, jawline, cheekbone implants, from the first minute that I saw all these photos.(That he wanted a "masculinization" surgery. Which they often to with implants on men and kinda on women, too.)
In some old pictures of his that you have shown in the video, I also suspect some masculinization wth implants done, Just very thin ones.
Doctors can give you different magnitude of size, give you a lot of different designs, right?
I think he wanted to go for the "squarish", "brilliant" shape of face, or structured faces like Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt, Ian Somerhalder and such.

he used to be my celebrity doppelganger a decade ago, like he looked in the "17 Again" movie, before his face changed
I’ve never heard plastic surgeons speak of this, but wouldn’t some health issues affect the face? If someone needs steroids for treating illness, wouldn’t that cause the face to swell?

Dr. Youn thinks he just had wisdom teeth removed. He doesn’t think he had anything done. Just swollen.
At 3:00 the side by side photos, the after looks like he photo shopped his skin texture, no pores, small moles or blemishes.
He claimed he fell & had to have surgery to fix his face. But he definitely looks different now. Sad. He was a beautiful man. Can you review Jared Leto and Jennifer Anniston pls Dr Motykie ! :)

What has always made his attractiveness so current up to this last alleged procedure was his androgynous boyish look where features are very sharp and refined. No extra fat or extra bone matter bulging (like you see in body builders or older man).
Now he looks like Magnum PI or Big Jim. I actually read somewhere that this was part of his/management recent efforts to get more mature daddy roles in Hollywood.
Of course the result is still disputable, and in regards of eyes and lips made softer I agree with you.
