You should try him against Hraesvelgr. The bird can't even break the shield every turn.

his shield is based off the damage dealt. the only way to do proper damage to the bird is with power strike, which he has, but in form o aoe. I dont believe he would do enough damage against it to the point where the shield would be relevant

The fact is King wasn't able to really win in this video, on the first win it was a bot, on the second win it was the most stupid player in the game, all he had to do to win was to normal with Gowther fest not using his ult.
Nag was bored so he didn't speak about it but he didn't deserve the win at all, its like the enemy didn't kill him on purpuse (every guy using gow fest know how bad his ult is and how strong his normal attack is)
with a passive like kings, the next unit/festival is probably going to disable passives or remove grey buffs

with king its basically who goes first wins, getting a shield at the start before your opponent makes too big of a difference it. unless they are terrible and don't know how to play.

I just saw on Speedy’s latest vid that Margaret’s buff stacks with King’s shield. I don’t know if it actually stacks but I saw both buffs so it should.
In that last match if Gowther would've use attk card instead of ultimate he would have win the match lol 😂

I was telling my uncle who I got into playing this game when lv meli came out that king was gonna have a shield for a certain amount of damage he does about 2 weeks and low and behold he did, when u saw that I was so happy I called a skill or well unique😂

How 'bout trying him in the big bird? His passive works there, he isn't limited by the "In PVP"
Please try a full unknown team with summer lizhawk in the back. Her passive is for each unknown unit. Reduce aoe attacks. Since Emelias freeze should remove shield, loli can do good damage and any gowther can work as well. Greem can work for ult depletion, red can attack seal, fest can do fest gowther things. And summer liz hawk might keep you alive long enough to do this

It reduces damage by 100% so essentially you only take half of the damage
