I have seen some kitchens that I like and even love. But that has to be my absolute favorite kitchen I have seen. The windows on both sides of it. Absolutely amazing. I know that somebody may complain about not having as many cabinets and cupboards. But the shelf across the window would work perfect for dishes and give it a very nice feel. Or a small hutch in the dining area for the glasses and dishes would work even better.

Love this home. But I think every kitchen needs a windows that opens for ventilation while cooking. Love the fact that the living room windows do open, and that half bathroom is perfectly acceptable. 👍🌻

If there is no power in mobile home and the room you want to film is too dark use your cell phone light to illuminate it. Works great in walk in closets and bathrooms.

I don't like open floor plans with the living room, kitchen & dining room all flows together as one great big room. You stand at the front door & see everything.

Please change your camera lenses so everything is cleaner and not curved
The curved lense actually helps show the depth of the rooms. We've filmed with 4 different cameras so far. Eventually we will find the right settings and setup.

We think it’s people with older or square style monitors. The video is made for the wide rectangular monitors / tv. Do you have a square style monitor? We no longer using the wide angle lens. The video releasing in a few hours will be the last wide angle lens video that we have recorded.

It is a very nice setup!
I'm with your wife...LOVE everything about the inside of this home. From the layout, to the special details, to the cabinet and wall colors, it's all absolutely beautiful. It would be a dream to furnish and decorate. The only things I'd change, would be on the outside. I'd go with blissful blue baked on cedar siding, with grey stone under pinning and grey stone porch columns, with white railings and trim work.

I love this home! The price is so reasonable, compared to some others that weren't appointed as well and at a higher price point. Love the porch too, at least it's wide enough to sit chairs on it AND have enough room for people to walk by w/o stepping on toes! Good job!

I prefer wood shelving in all closets, not wire shelves. I don't like sliding barn farm doors. I prefer regular doors.

I love the kitchen, an island bc our apt has a small kitchen. It's very spacious. Laundry room needs a sink. An a small deep freezer

I don't like the patio doors being to the front. I would prefer them going out back. But that's just me. However you did get the kitchen right.

I didn't notice your camera issue others are talking about, I have watched other mobile home channels and they show around 200k mobiles. I really like this one and when you showed the price, I liked it even more, I live next door in Mississippi and will have to take a trip up and view this home.

I would get rid of the island in the kitchen. There is plenty of counter and cabinet space without it. I would also switch the tub and shower position to possibly have a bigger shower, and I prefer the vents in the floor. Everything else is perfect.

The Laney is really beautiful. You can tell they took their time with the design and layout, and that kitchen.....so worth it!!!! If we buy a piece of land I am definitely showing this home to my Husband. Luckily, the Clayton Homes dealer is very close by.

Are you talking about the wide angle lens? We did this to try to give everyone a look at every without being a narrow view. We are going to start making it a more narrow view in the future.

Nice kitchen with the exception that the refrigerator is too far from the sink and that the island makes it difficult to access it. I'd consider swapping the positions of the refrigerator and the pantry.

I love all the windows in the kitchen! But unfortunately I would want more upper cabinets. Not a huge fan of having my plates and glasses that are used for everyday on open display.

Could be. We will keep an eye out. We started out doing a lot of claytons.
Like the kitchen. Like the half bath just not the location. I thought for sure it would be a coat closet but nope. I do like the tub in the master bath.
The 1/2 bath is in a odd spot.
nice kitchen but I would want more top cabinets on the other wall and a gas stove but the counter space is great

She liked big kitchens

With homes that don’t have electricity turned on, turn on your camera light on. Would love to see homes closer to Spartanburg, SC. Love the kitchen, just needs a larger pantry. Would like only 1 window over kitchen sink. Can the porch be enclosed? Would like to use that space on the interior as more living space.
I dont think the porch being enclosed is an option. But you can always call the dealer and ask!

There were lots of outlets in the kitchen, but how many breakers were they on? And are there any dedicated circuits for things like refrigerators or freezer, microwave, etc?

Great Island in the Kitchen with No sink! I used to cook for 12+ people and sometimes 3 times a day! I imagine Ingredients for food on an Island. I think a sink on an Island would get in my way. Good job. Thanks.

I would like another 3-5 feet wider in the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is too narrow for my tastes as well as the living room. I would like to put a large sectional couch as well as a couple chairs and a fireplace (wood burning) would be nice under the place for the large screen TV...

That was the wide angle lens. We stopped using it.
Very different layout from the usual -- nice. Ordinarily I don't like the darker floors but this one is probably one of the best I've seen.
Chance please show home that people who are handicap challenges where if you have a Walker or well chair you can buy with no problem I am finding more and more people who are handicap like me that don't know they can owned a home designed for them and there needs

I'm on the fence about the French doors. I love them but not sure I like where they are. Love the rest of the place.
This is nicer than most the exterior is very pretty. The kitchen has to many outlets that looks tacky and the countertops are so cheap looking. Don't like any carpet in the home. To bad the manufacture didn't put nicer lighting and upgrades on countertops. Actually I prefer French doors into the bedroom. Barn doors are do out in 2021 never was a fan. Mow for the price that's not bad at all I would upgrade and it would be really beautiful.
This is my favorite floor plan from Clayton! I know it’s a year old, I wonder if there are any updates to it? I have a special place in my heart for Clayton because I lived in one and it was amazing
Not sure. It was the first time we had seen it in our area. The next time we are there I will ask them.
@@homesonwheels1031 thanks, we are in Livingston and keep saying we need to make a day trip to that area to see homes in person. We are torn between Clayton’s and their energy efficiency and Franklin and their standards in structure
When your lenses are bubbled, it makes everything look small.
We were using a wide angle lens to give everyone more perspective. We have decided to not use that any longer. We only have a few of those left. Starting next week we will be only using a regular lens for all future videos.
