I know I'm not the only one who was expecting some cozy paintings and furniture in there

i’m glad you all made this video! i just saw one where they tore up the lodge of beavers who were actively living in it and i thought it was just awful. i’m glad you all were gentle and considerate with this one

Hope someone does the same thing to the peoples homes who did this to the beavers. Sounds fair to me ! 🤬🤬🤬

That is amazing. I watch beavers every day, and I have often wondered what it looks like inside.

Seeing the work of animals gives me an intense feeling of love for the natural world.

It’s inspiring to think they came into the world doing what they do cohesively and naturally

@@mustbemeech I think humans have lost everything instinctual. I was thinking about that. Lions know they need to eat meat, horses don't have to be taught to eat grass, but we have thousands of books telling us the 'right' way to eat and we still can't agree. Our natural diets were likely very limited and completely different among various groups depending on what's available, so there might be no one way. Animals also live where they are suited, but we go to live in the hottest and coldest climates. But, then again, we can move when the going is tough in one area. Wild animals starve in place and it never occurs to them that there might be food just over that mountain.
Instinct for mothering seems to be disappearing to, but the stories of abandonment and neglect I hear.
I'd love to explore what it would take to regain the instincts I have lost.

They do have rooms, they have a mudroom and a family room. This vid just didn't go far enough in.

My buddy had a trapline in Manitoba when he was a teen. He described swimming/crawling inside a recently-vacated lodge. When his head broke surface inside the tunnel he could see nothing, but felt hundreds of fleas jump onto his face, head and neck. He hadn't trapped the beavers out but noticed they had left of their own accord. Was it the ectoparasites?

Beavers, one of GOD's mightiest ecosystem engineers, and mother nature a physics genius. I wish the EPA knew that. Hopefully, the next generation will 🐝 🙏
