I actually like that answer. I mean, it's 2019, its been a long time and I think it's time to get over it. Zayn is happy doing his thing and the guys are happy doing their things now. Also, it's nice that Liam and the other guys are being honest about everything connected with the band right now.

All know is that i am excited Because Harry and Niall are definitely putting out albums And it sounds like Liam is too I don’t know if LeAnn is putting out an album or if he’s just releasing music? But I’m excited for other music new music. And I think considering that everybody’s putting out new music Most artist’s typically Do a two year album cycle of releasing the album and touring so the way I see it is when Liam said two years two years sounds about right but I think it’s gonna be like three more years because after they get off tour they’re going to wanna take a vacation and relax so that’s six months I’d say and then depending on if when they get back together they record a new album or two were the last one you know another six months for writing on the album . I mean that is if at that point they want to get back together but I don’t know something kind of tells me that they will because by then it will have been 8 years

i feel like he wasnt really their friend. like liam said they were in a band so he had to be around with them and thats the only thing they had in common.
Niall says he still hangs out with Harry. He said they listen to each other’s new music and help each other with it. Plus they went to the Fleetwood Mac concert together in Manchester earlier this year.

@@pi3544 I think a problem was that Zayn was already calling 1D's music bad and not real music back in 2015, when the others were still in the band and had to pick up the pieces after he left in the middle of their world tour (and had to take over his parts from one day to the next) and another album to sell. It's not great to promote the album, when an ex-member disses your music. He could have handled that better. But yeah, after the band split there was no reason to not be honest. No hate for Zayn speaking his truth. Although I still don't believe that he never really talked to Harry tbh. There are many things between being BFFs and never really talking, but I guess at that point the honesty was tinged with bitterness.
@@DRT813 yes!!! As per a local Bangkok promoter, harry and Zayn had a fallout!! Maybe that's why they both were bitter towards each other and made those comments.
@@DRT813 when you think about it they all disliked 1D's music.. both Niall and Liam have now mentioned that 1D should've never worked, because none of them liked the music. Liam went to R&B and Electronic. Zayn went to R&B. Harry went to Rock. Niall went to folk. Louis went to Electronic and Rock.

I don't think it's true, I think they genuinely feel still in a band. Look at Louis twitter bio, look even at this interview..he never talks about it in past term, he still say they take a break and they will eventually come back. Harry has always said he IS in 1d not he was, he is not distant, he is just the more successful and busy of all of them since he is also doing acting audition
I mean. This was 5 minutes of the what, hour long show? One direction is probably always going to be what they are most known for. To me that's like an actor getting annoyed that the television show they were on for half a decade, which started their career still gets brought up. Just be happy they're all successful enough to A. Be worth interviewing still and B. Have solo stuff to talk about at all. It is actually incredible how successful all of them have been. It is incredibly rare for a boyband fo have such solo success.
To be clear. I'm telling fans to stop whining, not the boys. I think the boys make sure to never complain, because of all the things I just said. It would seem incredibly ungrateful.

At this point in my life, I don’t want them to go back together if it means they’re going to feel unhappy. I just want them to keep in touch and still being friends, because that’s what characterized one direction in the first place.

Im still the biggest one direction stan and i love all of there solo music but we have to look at it realistically. They are all so busy doing there own great things and they all are releasing music around the same time so they are definitely not coming back anytime soon. I just wish they would've been honest and said "hey guys we arent gonna be back for awhile" instead of giving us a date and then never come back and have us all confused.
