Love how TFS focused on the idea that Frieza (even till this day) does not know that Vegeta's son was the man who killed him on earth. Heck, I'm surprised that fact was never mentioned in Super, the most we get is that Frieza points out that Kid Trunks looks like the person who spliced him in half
The thing is Frieza thinks that Kid Trunks is Future Trunks' kid, Not Vegeta's
Does Frieza even know about all the time travel shenanigans?

Guldo actually was the best person to have for your team here. Despite Freeza's blatant lambasting of his low power level, he forgets Guldo can stop time and magic isnt something the restraining anklets can cover.
Fun fact Lani and Kaiser mention in their DBZA commentary vids on FourStarBento, all the players in this lose in the same way they died, or at least similarly.
Also yeah, Cell is all about playing the long con. He doesn't get any satisfaction out of a quickie, it's all about the foreplay. And yes, I did that intentionally. XP
Like how Freeza got overconfident only for it to bite him, or Cell going down, came back, and then lost again almost immediately.

Also the way Freeza feinted Cell is reminiscent of the instant transmission Kamehameha.
I'll admit to being seriously impressed with Guldo for having the...well, the balls, to stand up to Frieza. He doesn't actually have anything to lose anymore, but still. Well done, you little four-eyed clockblocker.
You think this is good, in a few episode we get to see him really put his foot down. And it is glorious!
I think the thing I love most about this HFIL series is that while their Ki/Energy is sealed, some of them can still do things that are either mental//mind powers/psychokinetic abilities like Guldo's time powers or Freeza and Cell's telekinesis, or biological abilities tied to their physiology like Zarbon's transformation.
Not to mention their martial prowess. It's like you said, they may not have access to their Ki, but that doesn't really mean anything to Cell, who is a bio-engineered lifeform programmed with all the martial arts skills and techniques of several of Earth's best martial artists
The best part is now, Freeza has to live a lie.
He has to pretend to be something he's not.
And trust me, soon we're getting reintroduced to a character who we haven't seen in a while.
In fact, you asked where they were.
My biggest gripe with that episode is that according to dodgeball rules if the ball hits the ground first, then any player hit by it after the bounce isn't out. Freezer clearly bounces the ball off the ground to hit Cell from below where his hands are defending.
Cell is the chaotic neutral and it's awesome seeing him play that for all it's worth.
No he''s definitely neutral to chaotic evil. its just he's less evil than most people in this series.
its that genes of goku that keeps him away from pure evil
@@chiifgui3413 I'd argue it's moreso the genes of gohan. Goku was a bad apple as a baby but was dropped on his head as a kid.
@@matttaylor1996 Funny enough in the manga it doesn't appear that Gohan's DNA was used for Cell's genetic makeup. That in turn could actually be WHY Gohan was able to win in the end. If Cell can counter everyone by evolving to their level, then it makes sense that Gohan would be the only element he couldn't match.
My guess for why Raditz is still there is because he's still in trouble for kicking King Yemma in his "Red Beanbag"
I personally think he already "got out" and just chose to stay there that's why he's wearing what I affectionately call "retirement" clothes
Jesse Nowack really shines in that sponsor segment at the end. He came a long way since voicing Seras in Hellsing Ultimate Abridged.
We all know how good Guru is at eliminating everyone, like the Albino Namekians.

I know that comments have explained this to you because I saw it, and I know that it was mentioned in the show, but since most people never watched the first half of the source material, they don't know that without Ki, these characters have no powers. So its based off of physique. And Physique wise Recoome is the beefiest there.

Cell is deemed eliminated, but he only got hit a split second after Frieza got hit. By that point, all of Frieza's team was eliminated, so the game should have been over. Therefore, the winners should have been both Guru and Cell.

The ball hadn't hit the ground so no one was eliminated yet, same as in normal dodgeball if you're hit with the ball but it kips up and you catch it before it hits the ground ; you are safe.
Its so much fun, Cell is a pretty good Choice for a new Protagonist.

I don't know if you understand just how much those ankle bracelets do. It feels like everyone in hifl is basically the same power level. Though some like Guldo have special abilities or skills that aren't affected.
How was Raditz pathetic in this episode? Guldur was literally stopping time to grab the ball.
Goku was the one who escaped hell. He fell off snakeway and ended up there than he got out through the brred if door of the last episode
bro your room resembles mine almost exactly (except the sheets on the bed) and it always trips me out.
The reason cell is having trouble is because he cant use his KI. A majority of super strength in the world of dragonball comes from the ability to use ki, or mutations. While cell has all the dna of the strongest warriors, without his ki, he is still freakishly strong, but not more than someone like Racoom, who was also born a freak of nature, like the rest of the Ginyu force. Freeza is naturally strong as well, but hes also a mutant. At least, thats what I tell myself to make it fun.

I'm almost surprised that freeza wasn't more proud that cell 1 upped him at the end with trunks killing him. Since he knows cell has his dna, he'd be more proud that his dna was part of something that evil. Lol. Even if he does hate cell.

all the infinite losers in hfil are about equal power level because they're not allowed to use ki, the ankle bracelets they wear make it so they can't use their ki, so the only strength they have is whatever the mass of their body is. that's what makes guru the strongest.

They can't use Ki bc of the ancle monitors on them, so all the characters are much closer to each other physically without it.
Which is while Cell can be harmed and generally harrassed by everyone else.
Not kidding, I would love to see a HIFL Dodgeball tournament with the same cast plus all the villains from the Buu arc, I like to think that Babidi and Gero would do a whole magic vs science feud.😂😂

Ngl im getting tired of you not understanding the fact that they CAN NOT USE KI. It’s not just they can’t use ki blasts or fly or other special techniques, their physiques are constantly being heavily amplified by their ki. Power levels are just quantified values of someone’s ki. So Cell having a massive power level doesnt mean shit anymore, and Frieza is still a Frost Demon which has immense ki, but also is just plain strong.
