This was an awesome tutorial! I had this game for a few weeks and have accomplished winning the entire FedEx Cup Season against all the professionals including JT in Career Mode! It was rewarding winning all the freebies from the sponsors including enhanced clubs and tournament trophies. I played in the Amateur default setting using 2 rounds using only the one-preview option. I didn't realize it could be set up to more than one but using only the one-preview option really help my learning curve expediently! Now I'm ready for the Pro setting.
The best video that gave the most detail to explain the different settings. Suggestion for another video would be a detailed description of the CPU settings in career mode. Thanks for your help.
My friend was visiting from out of town and bought this game so we could play (we have always played Golden Tee at the bars) Since he doesn't have PS4 he left the game for me. I accidentally switched the settings option at the top from custom to beginner, not knowing you can't go back to your "custom setting" after. I had no idea how to get it back to what he originally switched it to until watching this. In short, Thank you for this video! I've been killing it lately, haha! And as soon as the settings changed it was completely different and I couldn't figure out how to get it back until now!
I am seeing comments on other video channels that are saying that you cannot compete in Career Mode unless you are playing "online" or something of that nature? also, when U design your own course, can U add a gallery of spectators to the fairways and greens?
We play on tough settings yet still allow the unlimited putt preview in my league. Unlimited putt actually makes it more realistic in general or certain greens can turn into a shit show for a few of my friends
Anyone know how to make it so I have to tell distance and break when putting? Right now every putt stats at the perfect distance to hit it I just have to find how that speed and the break react.
Hey brother. Great video. I don’t know what i did but when I’m close around the green or bunker when I press the triangle to view my shot, landing and distance it only shows a far behind view camera that I could only more around. I have no idea where I’m shooting or how far. Someone please help.
What exactly is happening if you play this game with a mouse? Do I have to try to move my mouse backwards in a straight line for the backswing? If so, how far do I have to move it and what do I do to start the downstroke? Is it possible to play with just mouseclicks?

You probably have a different 3 wood. Every club besides putters have their own stats and distance is one of them. But the setting is the very last one. It’s called distance display. You can set it to carry which only shows what the club Carries but it will roll additional yardage. A 3 wood say it’s 245. That’s where it will land but it won’t tell you how much it will roll. If you turn it to total. It will show you it’s gonna carry 245 but then show the roll maybe like 15 for a 3 wood.
I know this video is 2 years old but maybe i can get some answers anyways, i play on hard difficulty and i win every round i play wether it be single player PGA Tour or online head to head 1v1 and yet it seems like it takes FOREVER to build any sort of usable credits, any thoughts or ideas on this ?, it's really putting me off the game and is why i stopped playing it for quite a while, great game, i love it but my god it take forever to make jack shit, please help.
@@coachjas4040 I'd rather be forced to play on the more exciting and tense pro settings than forced to play on easy settings where everyone is hitting the fairway and GIR. Either way there will be good and bad players. On pro you'll lose to a player who goes -7, on easy settings you'll lose to a player who goes -20. It's not like easier settings will level the playing field. And do people even still play Rory online? I'd much rather play Everybody's Golf than Rory.

Got the game few days ago started on begginer bow on pro am working to pro I played on legend for lil and it helped alot when I went back to pro am

Then you missed the whole point of the video. 2k21 has many options to make it super easy or super hard.
