Foward 360 Spin 1. Nose stall. 2. Pull on rail. 3. Look over right or left shoulder in the direction that you want to go. 4. Slighty move up a quarter to 1/2 inch. 5. Touch heal of left foot to right butt cheek then right heal to left butt cheek cross legs complete 360.
