WWE wrestler Roman Reigns previews 'Smackdown' at the Prudential Center on Tuesday, July 1. 'We're going to have a lot of hard-hitting action,' said Reigns.
Hate how whenever some people look at Roman Reigns, they're reminded that he is the Rock's cousin, or that he had a family born of powerful wrestlers. I mean, the guy's a fan favourite because he simply has the charisma, and he brings good things to the table for the fans. Hopefully someday they'll remember Roman Reigns as 'the guy who did that' and 'the guy who beat that'.
I always told myself "I will quit watching WWE for a long time if CM Punk quits." Don't get me wrong here, I like a lot of the WWE Superstars. But I follow for a reason, I like those who change the product over time with the things they do. A game changer, you probably could call it that. Someone like CM Punk, If it wasn't for CM Punk's famous Pipebomb on RAW back in 2011, the product wouldn't be quite like it is today. I'm not saying it's much better than before that, just the years of 2008, 2009 & 2010. Those were some very bad years in WWE. But yes, 2011, 2012 & 2013 were pretty good, not all of it. CM Punk was the reason I followed, I was glad when they brought back Y2J because he really got as much talent as CM Punk has. Those two are like two of my all time favorites. The feud between those two back in 2012 were absolutely amazing. Glad I had the chance of watching that. When CM Punk left the company I was like "Oh fuck no..." because Y2J was not much around, when he was he didn't get a decent run and was misused. But the reason I don't quit watching WWE is because of these three guys who debuted at Survivor Series 2012, formerly known as "The Shield" the so called Hounds Of Justice. I saw something great in these three guys as soon as I saw them. It didn't take me long before I was impressed with their in-ring work as a team or just as single competitors. From that point on I just knew, even if guys like CM Punk or Y2J won't be around, I still got Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins & Dean Ambrose to entertain me. Not that I totally forgot about CM Punk, because that dude... Man, he is the main reason why I kept watching WWE. I truly miss CM Punk and his powerful words that can move mountains, he seriously had the best mic-skills like nobody else had since Y2J during his prime-time. But if he returns or not, I will always be a fan of his, no matter what. But ladies & gentlemen, let's enjoy the ride now that we got all these talented guys such like Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Cesaro, Bray Wyatt and a few others.
He has in ring ability but that's only half the job nowadays. Bray Wyatt has in ring ability and fantastic mic skills, if used right Wyatt can carry the company he's the whole package.
The next champ after Cena takes out Brock. I could see t play out. Cena takes the belts back, Rollins cashes in on a beat up Cena wins and the very the Raw Roman takes the straps off him. That is how I would do it. Then HHH drops Rollins for not holding on to the belt for long and they start up something where he gets a big push and at some point down theline holds the belt for some time maybe a 4 month go with it. Give Roman almost a full year then let someone take him out and start an epic war for it until he gets in back then Rollins wins it. Cena and Randy are good with the belts but you can tell Cena loves to give others the light. Say what you want about the man he gives all the new guys that can bring it a push, like the Rock did for him. Randy needs to go back to whoever has the belt good or bad he is coming for you. This all heel stuff does not work for him. He is not a face either he is a middle man. NOT mid card middle man meaning he wants to gold and wll run over anyone who has it rather that be HHH, Lesner, Rollins, or whoever.
He has the look for acting in movies... I think he will do that next in his career :)
