You`re a legend! I highly admire your craftsmanship and I would have never thought you would pick up Connors blade again with a newer design. You inspired me with your first design back from 2013 and I started trying to build my own verision of it. (also your dual extended HB-versions)

You are THE only person on CZcams who actually knows how to bring a hidden blade into real life. Absolutely stunning!! Connor's hidden blade is a very complicated one and somehow you've managed to make it happens and it worked just like what it's shown in the game. Ubisoft should see this and consider to give you a chance to work with them.

This is amazing. The only design critique I have (and I may have missed it in the video) is that the knife should be able to go both ways, not just downward facing.

nice job but if you look at Connors blade in AC 3 it looks like to be a serrated Soldiers knife with a tiny hook blade in the bottom of the handle but its better then others so great job keep up the good work.

The one issue I have with this
Why is the point sticking out past the mechanism where you could slice or poke your wrist on it while flexing it around?
wouldn't it be just as easy to have the sheath part extend a couple cms more?

Incredible design can you publish schematics the retraction system is interesting and surprisingly quiet i wonder if this mechanism would work with hook blade could it support human weight?

I found from my previous lives. If you coat the blade in bufotin you watch the brain descend into death much quicker. This need to be modified to deploy a small pistol. Like taxi driver

One quick question, what type of steel do you use for the blade? For the rest of the parts, you've lest us know is aluminum but I didn't catch in the video the material used for the blade. Thanks in advance for the response!
That's aluminum too, he's only recently been able to CNC steel. But I agree the blade and the shaft should be steel for rigidity and everything else should stay aluminum for weight.

the removable blade is actually more accurate…as Connor uses the detached blade as a dagger to kill Charles Lee, wish there was a way to make the blade hold better…maybe magnets?

HI I would like to know how much a blueprint to make one would cost.
While I would LOVE to go to a viking festival with this because of Valhalla, I am not sure about the legality of concealed blades only to be used for either show or utility in Washington state. At least, in public.
You should get a 3d printed version, those are legal since they are only for educational or entertainment purposes
