Kondakadalai dosai recipe:
Ingredients:
Black Chana - 1/2 cup
White Chana - 1/2 cup
Urad dal whole - 1/2 cup
White poha - 1/4 cup
Fenugreek seeds - 1 teaspoon
Raw rice - 1 cup
Procedure:
1. Soak both the chanas and urad dal together in a bowl of water for 8 hours overnight
2. Soak raw rice and poha together in a bowl of water separately for 8 hours overnight
3. After soaking for 8 hours, grind everything together in blender or grinder using fresh water in smooth and flowing consistency
4. After grinding it to a smooth batter , add required salt and mix it well
5. Ferment it overnight
6. After fermenting , now the dosa batter is ready to make yummy Chana dosa.

💯 healthy food, and tasty, too. I'll sure try this dosa recipe. I made dosa , adding green moong, black chenna, black urad dhal, with Raagi and rice in the same proportion. Protein dosa with tomato chattni.

I always use sunflower seeds in thengai chutney since my kid is allergic to channa dal, pottukadalai and all nuts. Infact, I subsitute sunflower seeds in many dishes including doshes with cashew nut gravy.

add two tablespoons of oil, saute fennel seeds, curry leaves then add onion, tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, after it is cooked, add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder , and saute for few mins ..then add peas and some water for the peas to cook ..then add salt and then add this soya chunks granules to it and mix everything well..add some more water for everything to cook..cover and cook for 5 mins..wait for all the water to be absorbed ..the curry should be dry and not watery ..check for salt at this point ..now add coriander leaves ..that’s all our curry is ready
As the soya granules in the frozen packet is cooked already, it doesn’t take much time to cook..if you are using raw soya chunks, then it should be soaked in hot water for 30 mins, then grind it in mixie into fine granules and use it in place of frozen patties used in the video ..
