First time I heard this song was on the Ride Out album. After listening to all the others I've decided this is my favorite version.
This was a huge hit from Copperhead Road back in the late 80's. Thanks for all the great music Bob.
I never knew you covered this one Bob. It's so faithful to Waylon Jennings original (I read he released it before Steve Earle).
This is awesome. I have been a huge Bob Seger fan for many, many years. It is always great to here him doing old stuff and new. His voice still makes me weak in the knees.
Love this song
Steve Earl wrote and recorded this in 1985
🥀I think I seen that movie not sure lol. So much going on with covid we watched a lot of movie's. God Bless you & Stay Gold Bob Seger 🥀☝️
I think its Great that you are putting out New Music ! A BIG FAN....
I wish this song from you was on Spotify so o had it everywhere I went when I didn't have the CD
This is a nice twist. in 84'-85' The Highwaymen covered "Against The Wind". 30 years later, Bob's covering the Highwaymen's "The Devil's Right Hand"... was this intentional?
leave Steve Earl songs alone! no one should do them but the master songsmith himself. you version truly sucks, it really does. sorry.
what are you talking about Seger's version is similar to Waylon Jennings version
I would dog you for your reply.. BUT i feel the very same way about Bob Seger songs.. I only enjoy HiM singing them.... so there you have it...lol..
