That ending was pretty sketchy. The refs let so much time go without calling a stalemate and then once Sasso gets in control and might get a takedown then they blow it dead. After that on the final one they just let the whole clock run out with Sasso trying to free his foot idk just seemed goofy.
Don’t know what part you’re referring too at the beginning but the end is totally the right call. Sasso kept trying to improve his position, thus keeping the action going. That’s not a stalemate ever.

It was either danger or 2 seconds but it might’ve been danger and it was action so maybe that’s why they didn’t call it 🤷🏻♂️
