Sometimes they stay ahead even till halfway and then pressure me at the end, these unbeatable ai do have physic defying speed and cornering, I'm sure they're running f1 tyres 😅

@@GetawayGuyDriverits pretty much proven without the shadow of a doubt its a cheating AI. Watch how they interact with corners in Rallyecrossraces - They will come to an almost standstill in corners only to accelerate to like 100 mph in less than 50 meters. The fact that there is always one car running out in front, only to be slowly reeled in by the player and then suddenly falling off in pace significantly once overtaken is also pretty telling... oh and dont forget how you can be miles in front of the AI only for them to "suddenly" being behind you again for a scripted photofinish...
The Valkyrie is a grip and cornering monster, a road legal F1! Adrian Newey is a genius!

Unfortunately you are right, this should've been quicker than the standard valkyrie and the sesto fe, it's the quickest car in FM at the moment though, an amazing machine
I tried to lower the downforce, the only difference is the top speed, it corners still the same.
It's a little faster than the GT3.

Not necessarily. The AMR Pro never was a top speed monster and therefore a hypercar like the Agera RS, Jesko or the Venom F5 can beat it on long sections without corners

I haven't noticed a difference in fh5, however in FM they drive like they're in wreckfest 😅, it's a challenge to complete a clean race

I imagine this will suffer from the same problems as that Pagani (I think it was the Huayra R...), acceleration and noise so excessive that it could physically hurt anyone who tried to race one of them.
A beautiful feat of engineering, don't get me wrong, it's just that humans are far too fragile to withstand such power.
That's true, humans are the limiting factor in machines, but that's the art of it.

I can't remember the exact name I bought it over 2 years ago, it's just a small dash cam attached to an extension arm, it wasn't expensive less than £200.
Any setup for keyboard user? (From steering sensivity to keyboard button w/o clutch)

I used to use keyboard. I'd say that it's worth it to switch to controller for this game. I bought the Xbox elite 2 just for this game. Don't use controller for anything else. Keyboard was just too clunky for racing games unfortunately.

The car in FH5 sounds way better than in FM8.
I think they both sound good, I enjoyed driving it more in fm though as that game is more realistic
FH5 atm has a much better audio engine. The one in FM2023 hasn't been properly implemented yet, because I think for alot of cars, they share sounds.

It's not quiet as fast as the normal one because the engine can't be tuned the same, devs seemed to have nerfed this one for some reason, but it's better in the corners so on a tight twisty race it'll be better. I haven't saved this tune, it's mostly some gearing tweaks and reduced downforce.
@@GetawayGuyDriverI just got it today. When I was driving the stock version, I was scared even though it´s just a game. Than I have removed restrictions to enjoy all 1000hp. That´s the fastest 1000hp car I have and the best handling car I have (I have also Cupra Urban Rebel with maxed downforce, which handles great too, but it´s electric and AWD) and even though I decreased the downforce it handles better than some cars at many times lower speed. I like it. Btw, thanks for the code, I´ll try it.
Yeah it's a beast of car a especially cornering, it definitely needs reduced downforce for them open stretches, abit of a shame it can't be tuned to 1500bhp like the standard valkyrie. Either way still a fun car, enjoy, and appreciate your viewership 🫡👍
Why'd you choose the Thrustmaster T300RS? Just curious because I bought the Logitech G29.
I did some research before buying and the t300rs got great reviews and I like the look of it.

The ffb is good imo and it's belt driven rather than gears which is better from what I've read, direct drive wheels are the best but are costly.

The Aston Martin Valkyrie AMR PRO is without contest my favorite car of all time, but it is nerfed in Horizon 5, and it is really disapointing. (I know the fact that not nerfed it would be a cheat, but it is a pity)
I agree it's because the engine can't be tuned much, this one has 1000bhp the standard valkyrie can be tuned to 1500bhp, however on fm its the quickest car, sub 5 mins on the Nordschleife
@@GetawayGuyDriver Yeah, in FM it is not nerfed and the performances are realistic, but I think it is nerfed in Horizon 5 because the devs doesn't want the fact that the fastest car is a festival car, and by the way a rare car, like in FH4 when the 599XX EVO come in the game

It could have been the fastest car in the game but they were afraid to let us add more power (500-600 hp more would have been nice)

Im not trying to sound pretentious, but is unbeatable really that hard on the Goliath? I just did it twice today. Once in S Class 69 Charger R/T and an A Class Buick GSX. I mean yeah, the AI was never too far off my ass but I wouldn't call it too difficult compared to the Pro or what not.
Goliath isn't hard on unbeatable, the Colossus is a much more difficult race with regards to the drivatars, I've done all the final races and the Colossus and marathon are the most challenging. The goliath race just seems to be more popular.

@@GetawayGuyDriver The Colossus aint no joke lol. I tried for 3 hours in all the cars I'm at my best with and could only squeeze out a 2nd place finish a little under two second behind the lead car. Unbeatable, all assists off of course
@retaliaterguitar2 yeah the ai seem to have formula 1 levels of downforce and grip, it takes me many attempts to do it aswell, if I'm being honest there is an element of luck on unbeatable in that race, last one I done was in my jag pr8

It is in manual, I drive the cars how they are irl, so if its a stick shift car I'll use the gearstick, if it's a paddle shift car I'll use them instead
Graphics is painful to watch. As soon as games started coming out that were only on PS5 but not on PS4, it was immediately nice to see them. The same is needed here. Just remove support for legacy consoles. This loading of trees is reminiscent of a neural network drawing a video on the go, of course, an imperfect neural network, and not some advanced one with great power. I feel sorry for artists and art designers. Such a great concept, so much work, but with such lousy graphics on a deprecated console. Modern games looks good but not this one.
Anyway nice driving. I just wanna see full potential of graphics and same art designs with more graphics.
I agree about the need to drop old gen for the sake of the game, that said graphics improve slightly with each new generation, the last big jump was the ps2/xbox to ps3/360 era
@@GetawayGuyDriverI like old pc games with no blur and bloom effects but with good distance of drawing. Even it was simplified. The game that impressed me and set the standard for graphics is Codemasters WRC. It's not perfect either, but during the game, you don't constantly think about what to nitpick.
In the old PS2 and PS1 games, the graphics were more like cartoon or "computer", so there was no desire to criticize them. However, the bloom effects were noticeable on PS3. PS4 and Xbox One almost reached the level of being truly awesome. The devil is in the details.
Yes, the latest Formula 1 game looks fantastic. This game is just a little short of having good graphics. But unfortunately, it is noticeable. The graphics are good, pleasant, but I would like something that provides more immersion.

Turn the downforce all the way down, it's still a grip monster but with better top speed, with high downforce this car really struggles to reach/maintain high speeds
Try it from cocpit view (the one after the camera from the driver). I was never scared more while just driving in a peaceful driving game.

I drive in both cockpit and chase, most of my of vids have both, however I have done cockpit only vids aswell, including a sub 5 min nordschleife lap. Viewers and myself like to see the car in action and appreciate the graphics, then add in some cockpit for immersion.
