At 6:20 I closed the door during the cut, there was 20mins in between the 2 scenes with nothing happening so I cut it out. Nothing paranormal about the door closing.

That loud noise was scary it sounded like something from the bathroom like when something drops or hits in the stall maybe. Your face lmao played that back few x! Pretty cool Dave got some action going. Kinda worked provoking and asking but I wouldn't be doing that all day either if I were gonna be sleeping there and by myself. I'd have slept with all the lights on. So tense ..omg..great video..

Did anyone else notice the door to the bedroom was open at 6:28 but after he knocked on the cupboard door it was closed? Freaked me right out.
There was a cut in the film so he probably closed it.

Considering this is an attached house with Carol being the neighbour with a set of keys I find it very hard to take it seriously as those who have watched her performances during paranormal investigations will know what i’m talking about.She could be banging on her walls the footsteps could be coming from her property I could go on but hey I was not there just my view.
I think it's one of those where you have to be there to hear it for yourself to see. I fully respect what you have to say and I always urge people to go out and experience it themselves.

could be the case for the sounds bangs but in the past watching other investigators here how would u explain doors moving rem pods ect? and charges as she pays the council tax gas electric upkeep on the house she can't afford that on her own right?

You’re very brave to go in by yourself! I really like how you had cameras set up when you were just going about your normal business in the daylight. The bangs and the camera “falling off” the chair was horrible! I’d love to do my own investigating and visit 30 east drive but I think I’d be too scared lol! Thank you for doing these investigations!

At 6:40 you walk into the bedroom upstairs where the portal is you leave the door open when you knock on the brown door couple of times and pan back to the white door it’s closed

When you heard the loud bang upstairs I just about pissed myself. Very cool with the marbles, the sounds of walking, and the camera falling. I went over several scenarios in my mind of how the camera could have ended up in that position, but just couldn’t come up with anything plausible.

Another great video Ste that ytube sent me many hours after the fact. 1) When you were making, I think, it was pot noodles you heard a knock and I thought I heard a voice - when you enhanced it was just a dog barking. Goes to show, never assume :) 2) When you kept asking for something to do something, my closet doors in various parts of my apartment would make a pop/knock sound - nothing new as they do that when the temp changes in my apt when the sun goes down. 3) When your brother picked up his camera from under the chair - I swear I heard the faintest of .. "No, leave it." It could of been a faint mutter from you other two but as I said in 1) a voice could of been something else. Thanks Ste for the video, stay safe :)

This was freakin awesome Ste. Holy crap!! So so creepy.
That noise you heard upstairs, when you said it wasn’t the pipes. It sounded metallic. Like a school locker opening. But I couldn’t see anything in the room that would make that noise. Maybe it was just very loud and came from the bathroom in the next room over . As there were more things in the bathroom that I think could’ve made the noise.
Also when you heard the noise downstairs and you both said it sounded like foot steps. I was like that sounded like something being hit or falling . Then it ended up being Dave’s camera .

Ill be honest with you mate. this is probably the best way to go about these sort of things. i watch all these other paranormal shows, and they are clearly fakein it. and making garbage up.. my mother passed away in 2019. So I take this sort of thing serious.. if I can see, hear, feel, or speak to spirits, then that changes everything. please keep going, the mere fact that you don't get alot of evidence, is MORE proof to me that your being genuine, honest, and ive liked and subscribed for that reason alone. thank you for taking this serious, and showing respect to the dead, because their are still people out their who want to do it right.. thank you.

Can someone point me to an investigation that really shows how this place has earned it's fear for people. I've seen a few episodes on 30 east Dr and have yet to see that one really shocking video.
