For a while now, we have questioned if anything still haunts 30 East Drive after many failed attempts trying to capture paranormal activity.
On this occasion, we are certain that the poltergeist of 30 East Drive is still there and very much active, this changes everything for us as we now know what ever haunts this house, is still lurking within!

That breathing and touching of the camera at the very end got me absolutely terrified! I legit had to turn the volume down as I thought somebody was going to shout into the camera. We definitely need more night footage and another sleepover!

Great investigation guys!! As for the camera falling over twice, I disagree with your conclusion that it's not paranormal... I think it makes the case in favor of it being paranormal... There are very few times in these locations where your equipment falls over. I would argue that you guys go to great lengths to set them up correctly and on stable flooring...so for a camera/tripod to fall TWICE at 30 East Drive, increases the likelihood of it being paranormal . Those noises reminded me of my first visit there. Makes me want to go back! There’s a lot to be said for returning over & over again to the same location. You get to know it’s usual creaks & knocks & I think it puts you in a better position to rule in or out any paranormal phenomena. Great video, thank you.
Definitely agree, didn't the Warren's ("Conjuring" based on them) find that staying in or returning to a haunted location, help them connect to the source?

This is by far the best evidence captured at this house as well as the numerous captures of the pushchair getting pushed down the stairs. 30 East Drive continues to give us the creeps and I think it will for a very long time. I myself was very skeptical of this house and saw it as a gold mine for paranormal events, but upon entering it changed my mind, Great Investigation lads 👍
Having watched loads of East Drive videos I've wondered if if was still there myself,I'm planning on going at least twice next year even if it was quiet. This makes me even more excited if you're saying you think it's still there 👍
Watch dudey rhinos video he was there a couple of weeks ago and caught some crazy stuff and they're the only other people I trust apart from these guys, and I'm not a nutter I'm more of a disbeliever if anything

That was some of the most nail biting incredible video I've ever seen of the paranormal. When you said there was someone messing about the camera I turned my volume up and you could clearly hear breathing around the camera. It looked like something small sat on Griff's chest and got up quick. You could clearly hear the knocking when you three were sleeping, and it was an amazing investigation. I have to hand it you you for having the determination to stay in that house, especially overnight. I was completely immersed watching your video. Thank you, you are honest, and amazing!

That is one creepy house... 😱 I love investigations in real homes more than castles or prisons, to me there's something much more eerie about haunted homes and I find you're often more likely to get good results there because if people live there experiencing spooky things regularly, that will often mean better chances of success.

Is it possible, that through the years of nobody staying in thr house possibly feeding the spirits, that the spirits could get weak and basically disappear?? Just been on my first investigation!!
David Irvine, there are people staying the night at 30 East Drive often, you can even stay the entire weekend if you want to!😱
I wonder too if the spirits get sick of ppl coming there so they decide not to speak or make contact (noises etc) to try and make out nobody's there though they seem to like STE he gets alot of reactions .. Griff got a few too near the kids room ( or parents bedroom?)
I think it could be intimidated by the bravery of all the investigators coming and going. It’s possible imo that it needs the true fear of someone living through this activity day after day after day to feed off of.

The first piece of paranormal more than likely caught on camera! I started watching this a few months ago and never came back. Also, it's good you slept in that room. I know there have been claims about that room and cupboard (no the cupboard is NOT a portal), but it's the front bedroom, the tiny one that is 'haunted'.

I truly believe that people can manifest their house being haunted. We can manifest GOOD into our lives & we also manifest BAD. With all the attention on that house throughout time and ALL the people believing and ALL that energy being filled in the house, its no wonder why it was so powerful. Now that no one lives there and there's not as much energy input, not much is going on inside.
Yeah perhaps if someone lived in the house it would still be busy with paranormal. But what about abandoned haunted places where people don’t live?
Me and my boyfriend visited here couple weeks back. The home just feels like it doesn't have a 'heartbeat' if you know what I mean? Just feels off.

This was so exciting by the end! Is there any chance you'll be able to acquire more mounted cameras, like goPros or something that you can put into rooms for alternative angles, preferably to point back at a locked camera so you have a full 360-degree view? This way you can show nothing else is in the room and also if something is happening behind the camera (e.g. the breathing and touching of the locked off camera downstairs), then a camera at the top of the stairs looking down would should there isn't anything there :)
Great work guys, seems like something sat on Gryff and held him while he was sleeping; prior to that you could see the fabric of his blanket being touched/slightly moved as if someone is carefully placing their hands there before violently pushing down.
💯 we will take even more cameras next time.

@@romz1 I got that too. It was raspy breathing from a dark entity, 'cause I felt it's black energy strongly, and of course ghosts can breath, esp. if they don't know/want or believe that they have moved on!! Some people can just see one angle of the paranormal

Hmm I don't know about a spasm with Griff. It's like he was getting CPR the way his chest was being pushed downwards. His hands don't move to push down on his chest. It's very odd. Me and my partner, also noticed, it's not definitive, but, the doll at 25:45 on the stairs is moving, my partner, James, also noticed, it's like it doesn't want to be seen, the spirit! And it's out of it, that you, STE, felt it behind you! It could be a trick of light, but you also felt cold, like you said! Like I said this one may not be definitive, James has a 3rd eye for seeing Paranormal Activity! He's a big fan of you guys too...James also suggested that under the stairs may also be a portal. Now this video is believable! I watched a lady yesterday that was at that house and she had so many cuts in her video with sooo much activity, like a teddy bear thrown and doors opening and closing. Did one of the slats under the mattress fall & hit the floor? It would explain the weird way he moved. The camera thing was CREEPY. I swear it sounded like someone was breathing behind it. Gave me massive chills.
