Love!!! this album. It is so beautiful. Could you PLEASE consider doing a tutorial on how to make this. I purchased kit and I have tried, but cannot seem to get the accordion the right way. Also what are the measurements of this book? Thanks for showing this.
debbie bodnar Hi Debbie! I will try and do a tutorial on this book...however my plate is very full at the moment....but I will put it on my list :) The measurements are as follows: Cover is 8 3/4" height x 7 1/4" width. The inside page are 8 7/8' height x 11 width (page is then folded in half)
what a lovely album!🍰🍄 I have been a habitual follower and I know that now you do voiceovers generally on your videos. Just a friendly suggestion for you to stay on topic at hand since sometimes you do tend to go off on a tangent on irrelevant subjects and it doesn't do your art justice since it's fabulous. ☺️😄👍 😺Things like bad thumbnails or trouble recording, repetitive pronunciation of a word etc I would encourage you leave out of your videos to stay 100% relevant to the subject at hand . Also the volume of your music need not be so much louder than your voice over, it creates a startle .Everytime it switches over and your followers have to readjust the volume. Your work is quite fabulous I hope that you don't allow minor flaws to detract from the focus of your videos in the future. Bless you🦔🐦🐤🐰🦜🍒
Dearest J, you and your mom hit it out of the ballpark with this AMAZING album!!! Question from an Obvious Newbie: Are each of the images hand colored or do they get printed with that brilliant color when they are printed??? I hope now (June 2017) these digital images are still available because how can someone named Alice not love Alice In Wonderland"??? Right???
Hi Alice. Thank you so much. The images are printed out using laser printers. Laser prints tend to be much more vibrant than inkjet. Alice is still available at my Etsy shop :)
Would you mind asking your mom what binding system she used? If she followed someone else or if she just knows the name if it's from a book. I've been looking for this type of binding method without much success. Thanks!!
Yes I will ask her. I believe it is a binding method she came up with using 2 different methods she combined...that she had learned from other artists...but I will confirm with her. I will let you know as soon as she gets back into town :)
Yes she is and I asked her about the binding. She stated that it really is not a binding. What she did is make the very front of the book into an accordion by taking one piece of chipboard that was cut to size for the very front cover and then glued signatures (one sheet of cardstock that is folded in half) together to make accordion (with one signature facing opposite from the other). She glued the accordion folded cardstock (signatures) to the chipboard. Then she started to add the remaining signatures by gluing them back to back. For the very back of the book...she did the same accordion method that she did in the front. She stated that you can do a mock up by taking pieces of paper and folding them in half (these would be your signatures) to see how accordion would be made and the attachments of signatures thereafter. I hope that makes sense. It is kind of hard to explain. I am hoping I will be able to find the time to show a tutorial on to make this book. Please let me know if you have any other questions :)
Hi Sandra. I use an HP LaserJet Pro M251nw (it is the older model and you can still get these from Amazon...last I checked for around $300.00) I highly recommend it!

Dreamz EtCetera Thanks so much! Your explanation makes sense. A tutorial would be great, but I think I can figure it out.
CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT KIND OF PRINTER YOU USE TO PRINT YOUR DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Forgot to ask about the papers. Are they digital as well as graphic 45?
Hi Barbara. I just saw your post. I did not use any G45 papers and they were all digital designs I created :)
Where is the video on how to make the pop-ups? Thank you.
