Restorative Practices - Teacher Circle

John Horn High School began Restorative Practices in the 2017-18 school year. We use circles to create classroom community and build relationships between students and teachers alike. This video features interviews with teachers as they describe their experiences with circles.

Is there a data to prove that this works and improves the learning situations for children? I personally know of districts who got rid of this because it was doing just the opposite. Does anyone want to talk about that ?
Are we allowed to bring it up?
Relationship and life skills yes teachers are a part of that but I sure would like to see
